AMAZING. They were a vendor at our favorite brewery, and we decided to give them a try -- so glad we did. We ordered the smash burger with added onions and bacon, and the Freya with added bacon. Both burgers were delicious, but the Freya was hands down my favorite. Every burger comes with seasoned, crispy fries, which were perfectly cooked. I was also given a sample wing tossed in a mixed sauce (Viking + what I think was honey), and WOW. The wing was perfectly crispy, and the sauce had such a great balance of flavor -- sweet, savory, and not overpowering. On top of the amazing food, the owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything we tried was a hit, and I'll definitely be coming back for more. read more

We had Vikings Burgers and Wings cater a work event, and I have to say -- this was one of the best burgers I've had all year. (And that's saying something, considering I'm loyal to In-N-Out!) I ordered the Viking Burger and the Blue Sky Burger -- yes, my pregnant stomach wanted two burgers -- and both were absolutely amazing. Juicy, flavorful, and served on brioche buns... yummmmmm. If I could've handled it, I would have gone back for a third! We also got lemon pepper dry wings to share. Unfortunately, mine got cold before I could eat them so they were a bit tough, but my coworkers enjoyed theirs while they were still hot. I guess I caught them on a bad day because I've never had a worse burger. The burger patties are clearly frozen with NOT ONE DROP of seasoning on the burger patties. Not even salt. Soggy bun.. should at least toast it. I got a smash burger with cheese & an extra patty.. most places layer with an extra slice of cheese.. they do not. Also the cheese used tasted like nothing, so that's also bad quality. I really felt gross after eating it. These burgers are extremely overpriced for what you get. I paid $20 because I tipped. Definitely shouldn't have. The fries were good but those are probably frozen too. It sucks because the man that helped me is extremely nice! But I would never eat here again. Is this what being a Viking is like? Because if this is what Vikings ate, sign me up for a lifetime in burger Valhalla. The Food: I ordered the Smash Burger and added bacon--and honestly, it was one of the best smash burgers I've had in a long time, maybe ever. My only regret? Not going for the double. It came with American cheese, pickles, and their house spread. Simple, but there's real beauty in that simplicity. I think adding anything else would've taken away from the experience. The burger came with fries, and they were fantastic--crispy, perfectly seasoned, and dangerously close to perfect. The Service: The staff were professional and efficient. The man taking my order offered to answer any questions (even though I already knew exactly what I wanted), and I appreciated the attention to customer care. The Ambiance: I ordered from their food truck, so the ambiance depends entirely on where they're parked. Nothing against food trucks, but the only downside is needing to track them down every time I get a craving. read more

I had the blue sky burger and it was definitely one of the better burgers of my life. So delicious! They let me sub carrots and celery for the fries and their house made ranch is out of the world. Not only was the food delicious, but the team in the truck could not have been nicer! My son and his friend are doing a project designing a food truck for their 4th grade class and asked if they could just peek inside the truck for ideas. The lead gentleman (the owner I guess) brought them in for a tour and then taught them and allowed them each to cook their own burger on the truck. What a super cool experience to get to see inside the truck and learn how it is done. These guys are absolutely incredible! This is her son and it was so fun to make my own burger and fries, the burgers they make are SUPER GOOD and they were really nice to let me and my friend make are own meal!!! read more

This truck was at a the Kiwanis Redondo Bch, kids fair. I had the burger and it was so delicious. It's a smash burger which usually I'm not a fan but this was truly crispy on the sides and the taste, oh the taste with the dressing, on big brioche bun just took it over the top. Cannot recommend their truck enough! Hired them for a school event, and let me tell you, they go above and beyond. By far the nicest and kindest people I have ever met. At one point I was even moving large heavy hay bales that were too heavy for me and they offered to help. The food was delicious and affordable and the customer service was 10/10. I have not one single negative thing to say. They will 100% be invited to all our future planned events! read more

The food truck stopped by my Mom's apartments tonight, which was perfect because we all wanted a burger! We all ordered a Smashburger with no sauce. My gf and I got ours with bacon. After paying our order probably only took about 10-15 minutes to make. The burger was super bomb! I was starving so I just ate right away and didn't get any pictures lol.
