After that,one of the Director's, Vigen, reached out and asked me to give the shop another shot. He was extremely kind, professional, and well spoken, and he took my concerns seriously. I went back in and had a completely different experience; Daniel was incredibly patient and helpful, and the rest of the team was friendly and quick to offer assistance as soon as I walked in. Even the employee who initially rubbed me the wrong way was polite and helpful the second time around. Most importantly, they made things right with me and I felt taken care of. I also picked up another ETB and had a great experience with it (even pulled some really nice Ultra Rare cards). I still wanted to update this publicly because I appreciate when a business actually listens and improves. Based on my second visit and how Vigen and Daniel handled everything, I'm comfortable coming back, and I plan to return soon.

I understand my questions may have been basic -- that's exactly why I was asking. As a newcomer, I was hoping for guidance, not to feel embarrassed for not already knowing everything. I've visited other Games Workshop / Warhammer locations where staff were incredibly kind, encouraging, and made me feel excited to join the hobby. This experience was the opposite. I really liked the selection of ornaments they had this year. Prices can be compatible with the other stores. They have really good sales around holidays or after holidays. Employees are usually nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the long lines. No matter how many cashiers are working , there is always a long line. Parking can be really challenging during the weekends. Sometimes it is really hard to find a parking spot. It is better to park close to Burger King since that area usually is not that crowded.

This one is on the second floor of a two-story commercial building. Not sure if there's parking in the back, so I just park out front off of Glenoaks. Stairs are on the side of the building. Inside is nice, tidy and neatly organized. Not too much singles for sale, especially for baseball, and most of it is Pokemon cards. But they have a nice selection of boxed sports cards for reasonable prices. Bought a 2023 Topps Baseball Chrome Logofractor box and pulled an absolute monster of a card (see pic). Whether you are chasing that nostalgic high with vintage Pokémon singles or looking to complete your master sets with modern hits, their display cases are absolutely stacked. They also have a massive, well-organized wall of sealed packs and booster boxes covering all the current sets, plus some harder-to-find stuff. But here's the absolute best part: the prices are actually fair. It is so rare to find a shop in the LA area that doesn't try to price-gouge the second a new set drops. Even at the one piece events the people were really cool and chill, staff and players. Just wanted to let people know that these guys are great and should give them a chance as they have made me feel amazing. A great place to just chill and talk and relax, take your mind off of things. Prices can be up there, but where is it not. They do give discounts for locals who support them which is amazing. They have a good variety of products, pokemon, one piece, and sorcery.
