They didn't let me know how much it would be until after the appointment. It used to be $19, and it was almost $160. When I said that they should have let me know the price upfront, she loudly announced that I couldn't afford my appointment. Then her and the other lady sat there making rude comments about me back and forth to each other. After they gave me a cheaper prescription and I paid, and went to leave, she announced that I could order contacts, but I probably can't afford those either. I was so humiliated, I started crying, and she just smirked and said " see, I don't start problems." Some of the staff are really nice, but I will NEVER go back.

I walked in right on time. Filled out a short new patient form, handed it back within a few minutes I was called over for a quick check then the doctor took me right away. The doctor was nice and quick. I didn't feel rushed at all, I was in there maybe 15-20 minutes TOP! It's conveniently located at Costco with ample parking. I called ahead and booked an appointment, they were able to get me in within a week of calling. The space is quaint but has everything you need and is well kept and clean. Upon walking in I was immediately welcomed and they actually got me started early with some of the testing before seeing the optometrist. The examination was thorough, I felt the optometrist provided extremely insightful and helpful information- I went in experiencing some pain and am already feeling immensely better!
