I made an appointment to get my eyes checked and from the first call I made everyone was incredibly easy to deal with. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was all very friendly. The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding. I had my eyes dilated and so picking frames was a bit of a challenge, but thankfully I was given good advice on what looked good or fit me well. When I returned to pick up my glasses, which were done super fast, Abi helped me out and made sure everything was just as I expected. I felt like I was the only customer at that moment and I appreciated the attention I received. I'd highly recommend Berkeley to anyone.

I've gotta say he beats the Dr. I had back in Dallas by a long shot. I come to him both for care and prescription and contact lenses. His clinic is clean and the wait times are always short, and he has an in-house shop that has excellent and affordable selections. Gabby, the girl who runs it, is very polite and knowledgeable. He's not the biggest clinic in town, but I think that quality of service and friendly home-town care go a lot further here in Brenham. Dr. Beim's definitely got the best service. I would definitely trust my children to his care, and will probably turn to him for vision surgery in the future. If I ever step on my glasses again, I will be back!

We have been patients for several years now and when it was determined that it was time for my cataracts to be removed she explained how the procedure would go from start to finish. Dr. Horton's demeanor is very calm and professional, even when she knows there's a full waiting room, never have we felt like we've been rushed.

He had to call ever week to see what was taking so long for his follow up visits and finally three weeks later he got to talk to the staff. The first problem they told him was the ins and then they told him that it would be six months ( April 15 26) to do his eyes. The staff is rude and caught in many lies. They can't own up to when they make mistakes. One person tells you one thing and they say something else.
