I made an appointment to get my eyes checked and from the first call I made everyone was incredibly easy to deal with. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was all very friendly. The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding. I had my eyes dilated and so picking frames was a bit of a challenge, but thankfully I was given good advice on what looked good or fit me well. When I returned to pick up my glasses, which were done super fast, Abi helped me out and made sure everything was just as I expected. I felt like I was the only customer at that moment and I appreciated the attention I received. I'd highly recommend Berkeley to anyone.

The first problem they told him was the ins and then they told him that it would be six months ( April 15 26) to do his eyes. The staff is rude and caught in many lies. They can't own up to when they make mistakes. One person tells you one thing and they say something else.
