I was an out-of-state customer and needed to send bereavement flowers to someone in a town in the middle of nowhere. I texted her and she replied immediately! I found her to be nothing short of a "Godsend connection." She delivered an incredible and unique plant floral arrangement that exceeded all my expectations. I replied "yes" but that I had a North Texas phone number. She tried my number, but it didn't work in her system because she hast to go to a specialist screen to access phone numbers out of the south east Texas region. She refused to take the extra step to access that special screen and simply rang up my purchase without giving me credit that I was due since I am a loyalty program member from Dallas. Despite being a bit hard to find the owner Anthony, I bought a really nice mattress (floor model)…read moreat a good price. My problem was I had to wait for delivery, as I work out of town for weeks at a time. They actually held my purchase until I was ready for delivery! So when it was delivered, these two very young men called me ahead of time, knocked on my door, moved a small table and lamp out of their way and helped me remove the bed skirt still attached to the box! Then after the removed the old stuff, I asked for time to vacuum under the bed and when I finished, one of them grabbed the vac and moved it out for me! Then after bring in the new box, they helped me put the bed skirt back on, then brought in the mattress and put it in place. I know I am a little old lady, but it is so refreshing to see young men this helpful and kind! They even asked for a hug before leaving! So, Anthony and Vicky, you have a couple of gems there!
