I have eaten lunch here a few times and been pleased. Today, I had the Fried Rice with Chicken. I was surprised when it arrived very dry. The rice was dry, there was not as many vegetables as their picture depicts. And, the chicken was dry. Generally, they microwave the leftover dishes and it appears fresh, but what a disappointment that I had DRIED Fried Rice with Dried Chicken pieces. Disappointment. read more

It's hard to find a great pho restaurant, and this place is, hands down, the best pho restaurant I've been to. My husband and I always come here for our pho fix, and we like to try their different dishes as well. I'm also a big fan of their rice plates, and their curry is excellent. They also started serving mochi ice cream which I love because I haven't had mochi nor can I find it here in Colorado since we've moved from California. The owners are also VERY nice and friendly. They are very attentive to their customers and take good care of us every time we're there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic and DELICIOUS Vietnamese food. read more

The owners are very sweet. A big plus is their 'no-msg' ingredient policy. The food and pho is ok. I've experienced much better though. But I still honestly would come here much more anyways if it wasn't for their prices. I think they're a little high compared to the competition. They also charge take out fee per dish but I understand and think it's reasonable. But I want to pay $6.95 for drunken noodles, not $9.99. Eggrolls aren't that great and are $4.95 for two, when at pho 95 they are only $1.50. I'm honestly rooting for them because I like having a pho nearby, I just want them to be better. read more

The food at Viet Pho is excellent and the hospitality is even better. Hang Le will make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. She is very easy to talk to and likes to learn the names of her regular customers. The restaurant is very clean and the food always tastes and looks very fresh. Well...I have been craving Thai food lately and in my area of town we do not have an abundance of choice. That said, Viet Pho offers a pretty decent combo noodle bowl with fast and friendly service. I would definately go back to Viet Pho. The portions of Pho are HUGE and very inexpesive and the service was fast and friendly. Great spot for a quick lunch on a cold day. The Pho had tons of flavor and the chicken was nice and juicy - and it was served with fresh sprouts and huge sprigs of basil. I was able to make two meals out of one serving for less than $10. Ordered the sesame chicken and panang curry for lunch. Sesame chicken was too salty and had too much sauce and the curry was very bland. I'm very picky with my Vietnamese and Thai food and this was the only place close to where I was assigned to work at. Overall, I think this place would be good for those who prefer Americanized Viet and Thai food, but I don't think I would ever go back. On the bright side.. I keep coming back to this one because it's way better than any other place I have found. I get the Pho Chay (vegetable pho) and it is sooooooo good. I assumed (wrongly) that this place would make a good bowl of pho because they have 'Pho' in their store name. Bad assumption. The broth is bland, the large bowl is the same size as a medium bowl at any other pho restaurant, and I didn't see a Vietnamese person in the place. This place is very convenient to my work so I come here often for lunch. If you have gluten issues this is a great place as their menu is very GF friendly. They even have Gluten Free Hoisin sauce for your Pho. All you have to do is ask. The food is nothing particularly special or unique. It is good, consistent, decent Vietnamese food. Definitely not the best lunch I've ever had. After reading reviews on Yelp I decided to order a Saigon Chicken Salad and shrimp chips to go. My order was ready when I arrived and the shrimp chips were good but a little bland. The salad would have been wonderful if all the ingredients were fresh, but the cabbage was way past its prime. It was brown and bitter, and really ruined the flavor considering nearly the entire salad was just cabbage and some romaine lining the bottom of the container. I'll stick with the far east center for my Vietnamese salads from now on. read more

Having tried several other pho places in the south metro area with disappointing results, I was delighted to find Viet Pho. The broth is flavorful, and all ingredients are fresh and appealing. The owners are the friendliest of any restaurant that comes to mind. They always remember my husband and I, even if it's been awhile since I've been in. I love that their food is MSG free because it isn't good for you and I get bad side effects from it. It is more difficult to make food taste good without it and I admire them for their efforts. VIET PHO IS THE BEST AUTHENTIC PHO IN TOWN!! I was SO HAPPY to find a restaurant making PHO the authentic old fashioned way. That of course is a PHO without that disgusting MSG. Almost every PHO in the states (and in Denver) is nothing but a MSG laden PHO. MSG gives that artificial flavoring you find in things like Campbell's Soup. Many people get confused and think PHO is supposed to have that artificial MSG flavor because they are use to eating PHO made this way. However, this is NOT how PHO should be made and PHO with MSG is NOT HEALTHY. The PHO at Viet PHO is a labor of love and the ingredients are all whole and natural. This gives the PHO that authentic taste you can only get from high quality ingredients. If you want an authentic PHO that tastes as good as it is for you, than look no further than Viet Pho. We are originally from Chicago and very used to good Vietnamese Food. We have found it here at Viet Pho! The Pho (and many of their other dishes) are very good. Hang and Bi do not use any MSG in their food - whereas most other restaurants do! MSG has been proven to be a neurotoxin - so my family eats at restaurants that guarantee they don't use it. Viet Pho's meats are also very nice cuts and served, again, without MSG. Msg does give food flavor but the risks are not worth it! read more
