I have been here before but it's been a few years so I thought I should go back for a massage. I was able to make my appointment with no problem. The night before my appointment I received a call confirming my appointment and then was told they needed a credit card number to confirm. I was shocked since this was not told to me when I made the appointment. I've been to many other spas and have never heard of such a thing. I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card information and was then told my appointment would be canceled. If this is their policy why would you wait until the night before to tell the customer. This is my new go-to spot for massages! I work out a lot and my career also gives me a lot of aches and knots in my back. The girl I had last time did a great job of targeting those spots. I forgot her name but I'll find it and post it when I do! I've been to so many massage places trying to find a spot I can go to on a normal basis and for years haven't been able to find one, and now my search is over. Parking can be a bit hard sometimes bc there's no designated parking lot and it's all street parking. So just be aware of that and come a little bit earlier to search for a spot. Definitely depends on what time of day -- if you're there as well if it's busy over the weekend brunch time, it's harder to find a spot. read more

My husband and I came here today for the first time, using a groupon certificate. I had the Vida signature facial while he had the 60-min relaxing massage w/ hot stones. SERVICE Facial - My aesthetician was Annie, and she was wonderful. We chatted quite a bit while I was getting my facial done and her technique was great. She was able to customize my facial by doing some extractions, which was greatly appreciated. My skin felt light and smooth at the end of the session, and I would recommend her to anyone! After the session, she even checked in with me and offered me a glass of water - that was a nice touch to end my visit. 4 stars TECHNIQUE Facial - No complaints here in terms of Annie's technique. She performed the usual facial techniques and I would consider coming back again. :) 4 stars AMENITIES Facial - I really liked the ambiance of the spa, as lighting was dimmed and there was water w/ lime available, including some misc. treats/snacks in the lobby area.
