I have been a patient at Vida Dental for at least a year and have never had a problem. However, today I was treated disrespectfully by the front desk. I was disappointed and upset by the way I was spoken to. As a patient who has been coming to your office for over a year, I believe I deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management will take the time to look into what happened. I called to set up an appointment as a new patient and asked told the receptionist that my insurance would only cover a basic cleaning and certain number of x rays and asked if they could work with that. She said no, that they couldn't guarantee that because the x rays might show I needed a higher level of care. I asked if they could send me an estimate of what the higher level of care would cost me above what my insurance paid and she said no. I've never had an office refuse to give me an idea of the cost, and she was dismissive and impatient. Setting up an appointment for the dentist and worrying about how to pay for it is already stressful, and this lady made it worse. read more

I've been coming here for quite some time, I've seen doctor sama as my dentist for a few times and I have crazy medical anxiety and can't help but be scared, she is so understanding and kind about it !! As well as her dentist assistant doctor she is so nice ! Very neurodivergent friendly and have stress squish thing and tv to help too and explain what's happening so u don't feel like ur gonna die hahaha. Really did not like Vida Dental. I have a lot of jaw pain and experience extreme pain with long procedures and need breaks often. I communicated that with the dentist (Dr. Bednarski) and he did nothing to help ease the pain even after I had tears running down my face. In the past, I had a dentist give me nitrous oxide to help distract me from my jaw pain. When I brought this up, the dentist and assistant laughed and made me feel silly for even asking. I was eventually given nitrous which I felt zero effect and continued to have an extremely painful procedure. Afterwards, I told him the nitrous must have been off or really low because it was not effective. I asked for a refund for that expense and he told the nurse to discount a small portion of the charge. The rest of the staff was kind, which is why I'm giving two stars but I will not be returning because of multiple negative experiences with him. read more

Y'all are still the best and I know how hard y'all work. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. PARKING It's free and there are a ton of spots so don't worry about what aspect. PRICES If you have insurance no problem. If you don't I guess just expect the normal prices depending on the work you're getting done. They are very upfront about them. I'm insured through MetLife. Just completed my deep teeth cleaning which had to be broken up into two separate appointments, and all I can say is I'm annoyed it took me so long to come to this excellent dental clinic! The front office staff are all very kind and helpful. Massive highlights are the wonderful Nina and Brittany. Both made me feel really comfortable (I avoid the dentist like the plague and the state of my teeth prove that) and Brittany really took the time to explain everything to me and offer great advice. I wasn't made to feel ashamed for how bad my teeth had gotten, which is something that has happened to me in the past which definitely adds to the anxiety of it all.
