Today he came home from school with the same issue. This was the new pair we exchanged. I called the store and was told by Raven( the manager) that I could bring them back, get a store credit and get another pair of shoes. When I got their Cameron told me they would not take them back because they were worn? Ok, first of all, they weren't. And surely he couldn't have thought they'd be in pristine condition, they were being worn. Anyhow, I basically paid for a pair of shoes my grandson got to wear for not even a month. I was lied to and that is unacceptable. I will never ship there again. Please be warned, they obviously don't care about the customer and that's pretty shoddy business.
