I stood looking at bats today for almost 20 min. Finally picked up some gloves and left. At the counter the unconcerned checker asked if I had found everything. When I said no she said sorry again not really concerned and rang me up. This is typical for this store. If you want help you absolutely have to chase someone down.

I was shopping around for some new work shoes with my 2 children. My daughter (6) tells me she needs to use the restroom and goes to ask the associate working for permission. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. The "manager" as she calls herself comes over to explain her reasoning. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.

Figuring he was having a bad day I said alright I have other stuff, but do you have a dumpster I can put the storage containers in. He said, "I don't have a dumpster" and stared at me. Really? At this point I was done. I reminded him that I was originally going to donate other items. He just stood there in silence breathing through his open mouth. I remember when charities used to appreciate your donations. Goodwill is history for me. Never again. And my donations? I put them in the trash on the way home. If someone wants them they can fish them out themselves. I'm done with these rude and ungrateful charities.
