I went here because most of the big box stores in the area don't have great cleat selections. The…read morecleat wall here was quite impressive. The customer service was great! I had some very specific requirements, and the store associate was super knowledgeable. Honestly, I could have saved a lot of time, because (after trying on multiple pairs of more "trendy" cleats) I settled on the pair he recommended at first. Seriously, the guy knew his cleats. I'd brought in my 7-year-old mercurials, and he guessed their age by the style. He also recommended some techniques for breaking them in that I'd never heard of. The biggest issue was they were out of stock in my size for some of the cleats I wanted to try - supposedly, I caught them before restockings, so not a huge deal. Prices on the cleats were good, the employee was very personable and helpful, and the selection of soccer gear was more comprehensive than what you'd find at a general sporting goods store. Will definitely be going back!

We manage a nonprofit organization with all required federal documents needed to ensure we provide gear and equipment for our players. We visited this store on 06/14/2026 with the clear understanding that I was make various items purchases for a few players in our organization. The manager stated he needed to clarify with the owner who was attending a fifa game. As we he was confirming we attempted to find to correct size and items our players needed. Note I had informed the manager we are originally a hour away from them but just bc we came from a game near by we decided to stop their, I had already provided proof of our tax exemption. While waiting for a confirmation from management one of the employees that was supposed to be getting the kids shoe size was rudely attempting to blow off my player. As this associate was more concerned over the game on their tv than providing his service. Finally the manager stated that they could do the tax exemption as long as i provided the form that the store utilize to file their tax exemption purchases. I corrected the guy stating that the form he was asking for is what the stores have the clients fill out and it is not our responsibility to provide. At the end of the day we told them if they don't want our business we would gladly leave after making us waste our Sunday afternoon. Now today 06/15/2026 the manager calls me to tell me he found the form he was telling I had to bring. If I wanted to come back. I immediately told him really after everything you made so complicated and I am an hour away?...The guy just rudely hung up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPOT!
