Beautiful new park in Tustin. The parking lot is a bit small but it doesn't seem to get too crowded and there is plenty of outside neighborhood parking. I came on a Sunday afternoon and there were a few parking spots left. There is a big grass area, sizable playground, and some picnic tables scattered around. From this park, you can actually take a paved trail called Greenwood Gulsh across the street (look it up on Google Maps), which then takes you to another park called Ron Foell Park. Nice little loop between the two parks. Dog friendly park as well. Quiet and safe. read more

Great park in Tustin. I love that it's wide and has so many mini structures spread across the playground. There's slides, bridges, stepping stones, swings, web climbing, carousel spinny things. There are wood chips and foam floors. Small parking lot available right by the park. read more

Amazing park for kids! (10 out of 5 stars, according to my grandson!) This park has quickly become my grandson's absolute favorite spot. We stop here to and from the gym, and every single time he lights up with excitement. I asked him how many stars he would give it out of five--without hesitation, he said "10 stars!" It's clean, welcoming, and such a great place for kids to run, play, and just enjoy being outside. Watching him laugh and explore here has made it a special part of our routine. Victory Park encompasses about 5 acres and is located near the Costco in Tustin and in a residential neighborhood. It's surrounded by homes and apartments. There is a dedicated private parking lot and has some tables. At the park is a large playground structure, large grassy area, and a concrete walking trail around the exterior. There are also doggie bags, restrooms, and tables. There isn't much else here as there are no tennis or basketball courts, but overall it's quiet and well-maintained. read more

Was looking for a playground to take my son to let out his energy and found this park! This park is right near the Tustin District. It was a very engaging park with multiple level play structure (many climbing / slides / and other activities)! There was some benches, picnic table area that can be reserved, restrooms and a field of grass. Would definitely come back to this park :) When we were leaving, the ice cream truck came by! I do have to say the down side was that there is very limited parking. I did get lucky because someone was leaving when I got there. And didn't seem like street parking was allowed. read more

Amazing playground! Brand new, maintained very well, lot of areas for kids to play! I especially like how there are different sections for different ages. They even have a smaller playplace for the very young toddlers. I docked a star for the same reasons as everyone else. VERY LIMITED PARKING. The parking lot maybe has 15 spaces, a good amount, too, are reserved for all electric vehicles. They don't monitor the parking either because when I visited early one morning my daughter and I were the only ones at the playground and there was an old beat-up car parked. It was clear the car has been there for days, maybe weeks, and that whoever owns it is just using the playground parking lot to store it. So wrong. There are only 4 tables for picnicing in the shade. The other 4 tables are out in the sun and it gets HOT in Irvine. My suggestion is to arrive as early as you can because once the lot is full there is no nearby parking. The community surrounding the park is gated so you cannot park there. If you find a parking space, enjoy! read more

Next to the Tustin District somewhat in a gated community surrounded by condos and apartments Parking isn't too bad but it can get crowded cuz weekends people have bday parties We came on a sunday morning for the first time and the kids LOVED IT! There was sooooo many slides and monkey bars and different bridges and things to climb and slide down. Cute park! This park was pretty big and lots of different activities for the kids to play in. It's clean and since it's a bigger park, most the people are all spread out. Social distancing approved! My little one loves it because there are lots of things she can climb on. They even have these little gazebo type area where you can seek shade or just to sit on and have a little picnic I guess. But other than that, there's not much shade going on here. Also the parking lot is pretty limited. I don't see a bathroom either. So use your bathroom before you come. read more

This is definitely one of my children's favorite parks, with its massive play structure, and open space. There are so many things to climb, plenty of swings, and a large grassy area if they feel like tossing or kicking the ball around. They can stay here for hours, especially when we come with friends. We'll often swing by in-n-out first, set up a picnic blanket and/or pop-up tent in the grassy area, and do a little picnic while the kids play. I'd say this park is better for children 5+ years old, though there is a smaller section for younger kids. One negative about this park is there is barely any shade, so it's not ideal for summer months, and the structure gets really hot too since it's completely exposed. We usually stay away from this park over the summer months. Another con is the lack of parking - the parking lot is tiny for such a huge and popular park. read more

Clean parks with no sand is something that I look for in a park because I don't have time to deal with sand in my car lol. The big blue park as my kids call it. Multi level climbing, slides and more. Plenty of shaded seating and Small stages located on the perimeter, make great shade for picnics and more. Clean bathrooms, and the OC Public Library shows up at times with the mobile library that makes a really fun and educational experience for kids and parents alike. Conveniently located near the Tustin District center for dining before and after. We love this park and your kids will too. Lighting is a little dim during Autumn/Winter evenings, so parents of little ones, you'll be active and moving to keep eyes on your minis. Great park A++ read more

OC has really well designed & clean parks. This is a great example. From the pics on Yelp it's one we wanted to make the trek for and the fact it was in a neighborhood was appealing (although Costco was in viewing distance). Structures were solid and provided hours of fun for our kids. Besides the park benches there were other elevated spaces to sit on too. Bathrooms were decent and free parking in a lot next to it and across the street (check street parking signs in order not to get fined). We happened to go on a holiday so it was very busy. I imagine during the week in good weather you'd have the park to yourself. This is one we'd go back to! read more

The most massive and amazing playground my kids have ever visited in Southern California. This playground is enormous! The designers of this playground covered every fun, entertaining, and interactive feature a playground could have, while honoring the Marine Corp and blimp history. One of the cool things about this playground is that it's perfect for all ages since it has a smaller section for toddlers and the bigger area for all the other ages including teenagers. The kids can climb on the spider webs, slide down the various size slides, spin, balance, swing, and even play a tune. There are also benches, tables, bbq grills, and a big green area for playing ball, running around, or just to relax and have a picnic. In the garden area you won't find flowers, but you will have benches where you can sit and read about the history of the area. My kids can't wait to go back! read more

I have to say this is a fun park for the kids. Only downside is that there is NO SHADE!! So if it's really hot out, I'd wait for dusk. Lots of equipment for the kids to climb on. This is a new park. It's pretty big. The play equipment is rather spread out too. There is certainly something for everyone here...and there are some challenging things for even the bigger kids. Parking is pretty easy as well....The bathrooms are relatively clean. The neighborhood is very safe. The only downside is that there is little shade....especially considering the size/expanse of the play area. I wish they would have considered this when building it. read more
