Great park with street and lot parking. Bocce ball lanes that are well maintained. A concert area where local bands play. Bathrooms available. BBQ and 3 cement picnic tables for parties. A nice kids playground with soft flooring. Large grassy area to enjoy. Easy access off 55 and 5 freeways.

What a cute little park that's well taken care of! We came here for the annual lobster fest and it was a great location for that! Lots of outdoor space, with clean restrooms and a nice little playground for kids. It's a nice place for outdoor fun with the family. I definitely plan on coming back for other future events held here!

Covid19 ruined our summer fun movie nights. This is a picture of one of those nights. So relaxing. Just bring your chairs and make a picnic out of it. Odd thing but cool we met Ms. Tustin I had no idea she excited but she was nice. We had food trucks and ice cream venders. Parking around the park with some old trees. Great low key location. I do not remember seeing any homeless. Over all great family fun.

I like this park because it has a good sized playground. There is play equipment for toddlers and children which is a plus when you have different ages of kids to entertain. I also like the location, as I feel it's a safe location. Yes, there are homeless here on occasion, but homeless people are not problems. Homelessness is the problem. There are big trees that offer plenty of shade on hot days. My only complaint is that there is no shade over most of the the play equipment, so the playground is almost too hot to play on during these sweltering summer days.

    Pepper tree park poke stops

This review is just for the Pokemon-go play at Pepper Tree Park. This park is located in Old Town Tustin. There are 7 poke-stops in this park and it is a great place to start your Pokemon walk in Old Town Tustin. There are several more poke stops down to Main Street. Then hang a left on Main Street to the intersection of El Camino Real. It is poke stop madness between Pepper Tree Park and the intersection of El Camino Real and Main Street. You can hit almost 20 Poke stops within a five block area. Lure City on Saturday night too. There are 4 Poke gyms in the same area too. Lots of Pokemon to catch as well. Get out, get some exercise, and walk Old Town Tustin starting at Pepper Tree Park.

There are plenty of wide, well-maintained paths throughout the park itself, so you can easily choose shorter or longer loops depending on your mood. If you're looking for more distance, the bike trail that runs alongside the park is a huge bonus--it stretches for miles and is great for anyone who wants a longer, uninterrupted route. I regularly see a steady mix of runners, walkers, and cyclists using both the park paths and the trail, which makes the area feel active but never overcrowded. Besides being a great spot for exercise, the park is also surprisingly popular for photos. I often see families and groups here taking Sweet 16, quinceañera, and other special-occasion pictures. There are several really charming areas with greenery, trees, and open fields that make for beautiful backdrops. Overall, it's a versatile park--peaceful enough for a casual stroll, spacious enough for a long workout, and scenic enough for a photoshoot. Highly recommend spending some time here.

My toddler is advanced and can do playgrounds no problem but thing thing is literally for kids 7 and up. Even then it's so dangerous because there's way too many ways to fall off the play set. They do have a "toddler area" which is a small wood playhouse and wood/rope climbing area. And even that I wouldn't let my little one near because it's too easy for her to fall onto wood logs edge and get cut. Just very poor bad "modern" design. We only go cause it's walking distance and even then it's work because I'm constantly watching my daughter to make sure she doesn't fall off. Nothing enclosed at all. Truly dislike this playground for kids under 7. We've gone 7+ times and I never see kids climb to top of this playground or anything. Such a waste. Would rather make the drive to Heritage or Tustin Sports Park or literally any other park.

Once you walk over the play area you can see that they have some really awesome and different play equipment. I liked that. There was some rubbish in various areas of the park. The older kids area is shaded, but unfortunately come 10am the little play area with the yellow and blue structure is right in the sun. There's also an area for very young kids and that was shaded. There are no swings. It's a little out of my way to come here, so I won't be back in a hurry. There are toilets.
