Very nice nail salon. I've been going there for months and they always do a great job! Everyone is very nice and polite, and they always greet you when you walk in the door. I usually bring my great grandma with me because she loves to get a mani and pedi about once a month. My great grandma is 87 years old and they treat her so nice! They truly go above and beyond for her. Most of the time they will bring all of their manicure equipment to the pedicure chair so she doesn't have to get up and move to another chair, and they do it without us asking! This is the only salon we've been to that does this for her. I go in about every 2 weeks for a shellac manicure. They do a really great job and sometimes my manicure will last almost 3 weeks without any chipping! I really enjoy Victory Nails, it's the only nail salon I go to anymore. read more

Have gone there a few times. Generally pretty happy. Last time I was in service was sub par. Nail technician was distracted entire time of pedi and mani. She was more concerned with getting her Starbucks order in than performing service. One day after service my nails started chipping and polish lifting. Thinking I will be going to another establishment next time. read more

Last Saturday was the first time I've ever gotten a full set. I loved them when i first got them but after a day the edges started to come up, and there are air pocket bubbles in the gel top coat.Their companionship was excellent but the actual work wasn't not the best. read more

Everyone has their own opinion here is mine. I've been going to victory nails for 9 years. I've never written any kind of review good or bad so me even writing this should tell you how hurt an upset this incident made me. The past year in half this place has gotten worse and worse. Always being rushed, I'd make an appointment an get there always, No never once did they ever get me in when my appointment was always half hour or so after my appointment. So I stopped going there for a few months I get my nails done every two weeks. Then today I thought I'd give it another try, what a bad decision. Having one of the worst days of my life I thought getting my nails done would make me feel better. I get there wait 15 minutes then they tell me it'll be half hour no big deal gave them my phone number told them I'd be right next door shopping. Go back 40 minutes later notice there is no spots open they took people before me. So I ask how long it will be they say 12 minutes the people ahead of me had appointments. So when the guy told me 30 minutes and they'd have me In was in correct. What was really going on it was going to be an hour in a half due to the people having appointments. As long as I've gone there an been a loyal customer always even when they did terrible on my nails from time to time I'd hope for better next time my daughter would get her nails to. I'm beyond hurt this whole thing took an hour in a half of my time. Now sitting at another nail salon waiting could have already been on my way home by now with my nails done. Never ever going back again the owners are man an wife when they are there things seem to run better. Unfortunately they were not there today. So sad this place use to be great. read more

My mother and I made appointments at the same time. We were seated at the same time on pedi chairs. The young woman began immediately on my mother. Several others came in and were seated. All the other women had technicians begin immediately when seated. I continued to sit with my feet in water and no one came to work on my feet for forty minutes. I asked twice why I was not being serviced and knew it was because those who came in after me without an appointment had been serviced first. It was sad that my mother was nearly done when someone came to me to begin work. She did a nice job on my feet but I was truly unhappy about the long wait wasting my time. read more

I used to love this place. I've been loyal to them every two weeks for a year, and was a frequent customer for three years before that. Last Friday I had my nails done by a newer woman. I left with nails that were completely misshaped. Seven of ten have awkward angles, etc. when I checked out And was asked how they are I said "not very good" and got little reaction. Today, Monday, three days later, I had to go in to have THREE chips repaired. She had filed my nails are so thin that one of them ripped. On Friday, I made it explicitly clear that I was having engagement photos taken on Monday and that there would be close ups of my hands. When I came back to have the repairs done I made it explicitly clear that there would be photos of my hands taken today. The fix to the torn nail was to cut it off, much shorter than the rest of my nails. Another nail which had chipped was re-filed and now has an awkward angle. Both the employees from Friday and today spoke little to no English and it didn't even seem to care to understand what I asked for. I don't expect perfect English, this hasnever been an issue before, but there has to be an effort to understand what your customer is asking for. On Friday, I got an ombré that went in the opposite direction that I asked, even after providing a picture. I have never, ever had such a horrible experience at victory nails. I've always loved the outcome. I've learned my lesson, and will only now make appointments with very specific employees. It is upsetting to me that no one seemed concerned whatsoever that I was near tears both times when I left. I suggest to people to come to victory nails all the time when they ask where I get my nails done, and I always receive compliments. I am very disappointed in my experience this time around. read more
