Unprofessional company. Clearly utilizes high pressure sales, door to door soliciting (which no one wants companies to do in 2026), and aggressive / push salespeople. I've never heard of this company until today, but now I know who NOT to work with. Oh, and they have reviews removed! FUN! read more

Since we had Victory do our front yard, we went ahead and had them do our backyard as well. We had a patio cover installed with lights and fan. Justin was very helpful again with keeping us up to date with permits needed and scheduling. Communication was always great. Overall, Victory consistently provides excellent quality service with their employees and products. read more

It all started at a Taco stand, they asked me if I wanted some help with the backyard and I am extremely happy with the product, if I could do a before and after picture like extreme make over this is a good example for it. They helped a lot if the finances as well. All my family is happy with it, my house looks amazing. Thank you. read more

From the beginning of our consultation to navigating the priorities for our home, we were able to visualize and plan out a job that fit our needs. Working with Sean, Justin, Kevin and Itay helped ease our concerns and they were great at communicating with us about what they could do for us and beautifully upgrading our home. We had a luxury vinyl picket fence, turf put in the backyard, concrete pad turned to a beautiful paver patio and we even went ahead and did a facelift of the home with a new coat of paint. Loved our experience with victory home renovation and should we need any future work we'll be sure to reach back out. Thank you again! read more

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! From the very beginning, Tai and Justin made the whole process so easy. They were always quick to answer our questions, kept us updated the entire time, and made us feel confident we were in good hands. The day after we signed the agreement, they were at our house bright and early ready to get to work. They finished everything in less than three days, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The pavers came out absolutely beautiful and completely transformed our backyard. read more

Promised and appointment Time and date, contracts signed, Deposit check paid, I was required to purchase all the materials needed to complete the promised job. The day came and the salesman told me it had to be this date only as they could not be back in the area any other date. all the flooring is I purchased, the drywall and tape and mud I purchased. ready for 9/10/26 renovations. was told 9:00 AM then it was 12:00-1:00 PM. Then no communication at all. I called the bank and canceled the check, I then called the company customer service and got the run around; the contract is canceled I told them. The contract had a clause that if I changed the date of the service there is a $600 penalty, Total scam do not use this company if you have any sense. Save you money for a more repeatable company. read more

My husband and myself are very disappointed with our experience with Victory home renovation company. The landscaping itself was completed fairly quickly, and initially, we were hopeful that everything would turn out well. Unfortunately, the plants were not properly planted their roots were coming out of the ground and the work clearly was not done correctly. We contacted the company Victory about the issue and we were told that the plants would be replaced. it has now been a couple of months and the plants still have not been replaced. What is even more frustrating is that the company has stopped responding throughout the project, whenever there were mistakes or changes that require new paperwork signatures they were very persistent about getting us to sign and resign documents we were always cooperative and made ourselves available to sign corrected paperwork we expected that the same level of communication and professionalism when we needed them to correct an issue with their work unfortunately that has not been our experience. We paid for a finish landscaping project and expected the company Victory to stand behind their work, we are disappointed that after the sales was completed, getting a response or a resolution has been extremely difficult at this point however we cannot recommend Victory home renovation services based on our experience . read more

No soliciting signs mean don't bother us. People work from home and are disturbed when someone rings the doorbell and dogs bark loudly. Respect people's signs. read more

Extremely pushy salesman!!! Would not leave my home even when asked. Kept giving excuses and reasons to stay and "make a deal"

This is a terrible company, and they had one of my previous reviews removed. A salesperson from this company came to my door and ignored multiple signs that said "No Soliciting please." When I answered the door the salesperson was rude and ignored everything I had to say. After I told them I was not interested they kept trying and would not take "no" for an answer. I found their salesperson to be extremely unprofessional, and I believe they are being trained to ignore "no soliciting" signs. I will never do business with a company touting these kinds of "principles." read more

The work that was done to our front yard was done in a quick timely manner and is high quality work. From the quote with Shawn to the workers doing excellent work and Justin taking care of all of the paperwork and managing the project it made it all easy. All the work was done in one day from the demolition to the turf , pavers and river rock. Would definitely recommend using them and I will definitely be using them in future projects. read more

This company has called and called despite blocking our number and being told to stop calling and being on the national do not call list. Now they are sending people to our door. I asked for an address to the company and he said they don't have one and that information was above his paid grade. Something needs to be done about this read more

A very aggressive salesman came to my door and rang my Ring doorbell even though I have a NO SOLICITORS sign on my door. He proceeded to try to push rain gutters on me, and lied about working on a neighbors house that has been dead for 2 years! he also lied saying they were working with our HOA! Our HOA rep confirmed he was full of sh!t. When I said I needed to get back to work, and I was'nt giving my # out, he still wouldn't take the clue and shut the fu@k up! He lost any possibility of me even considering your company, no matter how good you might be. Teach your pushy salespeople when to STFU, and that no means no the first time, not the 5th. read more

amazing service , they did my flooring. Great service. Definitely recommend. i explained my visn and they made it come to life!

They helped me with my landscaping and I really appreciated their work! It's very high quality.

This woman, salesperson shows up at my house to tell me information about the company and their offers. She started asking me personal questions that are irrelevant. I told her I was no longer interested and to remove my name and phone number. Next thing I know, I was told that I had an appointment that I NEVER scheduled. I told them to stop contacting me and here they are, contacting me again to schedule an appointment with a different phone number. They are definitely overpriced. I found someone else that was $6000 cheaper anyways and way better. read more

I have signs on my door to not ring my doorbell and to not solicit. Very visible at eye level. Extremely overpriced. Do not sign on the spot they pretend to offer a 20-35% discount if you sign that day. Regardless of the said discount they are still charging about 45-50% higher than what a local business would offer. If you need fencing, concrete, etc. always check with local businesses and get estimates but skip on Victory Home Renovation. I checked with a local businesses after their ridiculous quote on our fence and the local business was 45% under what Victory quoted and that was with demolition and hauling of old fence which is something Victory was going to charge extra for. read more
