We moved to a new build community. Their salesperson was extremely pushy to my 17 year old son when he answered the door. My husband had just pulled into the driveway so they approached him. He set up an appointment for a consultation. Green Leaf called because they couldn't make the appointment and wanted to reschedule. No problem. So we rescheduled. They then called back, asking to come earlier. We told them we wouldn't be home and that we should just keep the rescheduled appointment time. They called again asking to reschedule to another time. We set up a new time and then they showed up 30 minutes late unprepared. Based on the pushiness, all of the rescheduling, and lack of professionalism I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. read more

I wish I could give zero stars! CUSTOMER BEWARE . They come to your home and are very personable. Somehow convince you to sign various documents. More fool us. They started the demolition of our 9 by 6 bathroom. Upon removing the flooring a very small pack of mold was found, they convinced us that it was the worst of the worst. Which it was not. The salesman came back to tell us that the cost was 42K more to fix this ten inch patch ! When we baulked at the price then the abuse started. It took forever to get him to leave after asking many times. He threatened to sue us and put a lien on the house! We are both in our late 60's it was very,very stressful. Next comes "the good cop" the super visor to help us. It took forever to see the reports that he kept promising to send. He offered to pay the 42K "how kind" we all know that they were just trying to rip us off on the whole project. We have now found a reputable company who were horrified. We shall be reporting them to BBB, CSLB, Google, and others with the hope they will no longer be abusive to any other customer. Honestly they "seemed" to be good guys. DO NOT LET THEM IN" they are unreliable, never send documents when asked along with being unprofessional with communication. DO NOT LET THEM CROSS YOUR DOOR! read more

One of their salesman solicitors caught my wife as she pulled In the driveway. She's too nice to turn them away so she agreed to a get a quote for frameless shower door/walls(something we'd talked about doing). When confirming They stated my wife needed to be on the premises and that's it. Thought the quote would be pretty cut and dry- replace whats there currently with new frameless wall/door. Apparently there are tons of options for frameless shower door/walls. They insisted to sit down and talk to my wife since she set the appt(she was feeding my kids). I finally went and asked her and she said she didn't care and it was up to me. At this point I was irritated. If we were actively shopping and called them, we would have known exactly what we wanted(fine details). Their salesman showed up and she agreed to get a wuGuys were condescending and pushy. I opened the door I told them to leave. Turn them away if they show up at your door. read more

This company sends people around door-to-door to say they're working in the neighborhood. They're looking for odd things to do to help with fencing to help with remodels help with anything once they get your name and phone number to try to set up for a quote for something. The next day was a holiday and we were robocalled before 8:00 a.m. every minute for like 8 hours straight. Had over 67, some odd phone calls and 24 messages. Had to block and mark as Spam each time and must have sold out our number because various business were also calling. Warning very unethical company! read more

Originally I requested to have my pool demolished and resurfaced. They conducted an evaluation of the pool and then provided a quote. After some negotiations, we agreed on a price. It wasn't cheap, but the efficiency and quality were of the highest quality. They were done with demo/clean up/resurfacing in like 2 days. Talking 16-24 hour work days. They also asked if there were any other jobs and I requested a quote on white vinyl fencing, although a little steep, I knew the quality of their work. They finished in 2 days as well. Although a little pricey you truly get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company for your contracting needs! read more
