There was a bit of air in the cup (unsure if normal?), and most of the experience felt very transactional (get in, et out type of service). For that reason, I didn't stick around too long. While I was the only one ordering, the drink took about 10 minutes. While waiting, I enjoyed their shelf displays and interior decor before heading out. Glad to have tried it, but not sure if I'll be returning especially with that parking situation - definitely not a study / work spot with only 30 minutes of parking.

I discovered Victory Caffe, and for the first time today, I was very impressed with everything! From the solid vegan options on the menu, to the taste and freshness of the food, to the friendly and attentive service I received. I spoke with the owner to ask some questions before placing my order, and he was very kind and helpful. I ordered the new vegan breakfast burrito, the Matcha Waffle, a side of vegan sausage patties, and the House Mocha Latte with oat milk, which tasted better than anything I've ever tried. I rarely drink my coffee sweet, more of an iced espresso type, but I'll definitely be back for this because it wasn't actually too sweet, and the added cinnamon really complemented the flavor. The burrito was delicious with tofu scrambled with turmeric, black beans, potatoes, pico de gallo, and guacamole, and the waffle had a unique flavor, unlike anything I had tried before. The vegan sausage patties were also very good. The portions were generous as well; I got 2 meals and a snack out of everything. It's fantastic to find a place that has vegan options on the menu that are different from the usual offerings, along with a staff that genuinely cares about what they offer and customer satisfaction. read more

My friend and I were looking for a coffee shop in the area that wasn't a Starbucks, and we came across this place. It was so good! I got a Lavender Honey Tea drink and she got a Strawberry smoothie, which were both so good. The owner came out to let me know a new employee accidentally forgot the pollen that was supposed to give my drink its purple color. It tasted amazing either way, but I really appreciated how friendly and transparent he was, wanting us to understand what went wrong so that when we hopefully came back (which we will!) and got the drink made the right way, we wouldn't be confused as to what was going on. We also had the vegan banana bread and a vegan waffle, which was this incredible green color and was absolutely delicious. My recent order from Victory Cafe, consisting of a breakfast burrito and tropical juice, left much to be desired. While the tropical juice was pleasant, it lacked the unique flavor profile needed to make it memorable or inspire future orders. Similarly, the breakfast burrito failed to leave a lasting impression--it wasn't necessarily bad, but it fell short of greatness. As a result, I have no inclination to return. One notable drawback was the absence of a salsa option as a side for the burrito. Instead, chipotle mayonnaise was provided and the only option provided, which didn't align well with the traditional pairing of salsa and breakfast burritos. While I appreciate the attempt at offering something different, I believe a salsa option would better complement and enhance the overall burrito. read more

This place is AMAZ-ing. They do a great job with special diets. Their food isn't too salty, the smoothies and juices are wholesome, and they have a lot of Vegan options. For someone whose insides react negatively to the Beyond and Impossible meat substitutes, it was nice to see something else offered besides those. Their breakfast burrito and breakfast potatoes were SO good. Hit the spot for me this morning. Next time, I want to try their vegan breakfast burrito. The fresh green smoothie is also really good without being overly sweetened, which is great for me as I'm trying to cut out sugars. Overall, really great find in the Valley! Ok this is definitely my new go-to breakfast spot. I LOVED their vegan breakfast burrito. It's got tofu, spinach, kale, black beans, salsa, cheese AND guacamole! The tofu was seasoned perfectly, and goodness gracious you better add on that tempeh bacon cuz it is FIRE. So flavorful, so smoky. The chipotle Mayo on top is just *chefs kiss* sooo yummy & adds the perfect final kick to every bite. 10/10 perfect vegan breakfast burrito with zero complaints. read more
