Terrible manager, did not help what so ever when i asked for a certain size. As well had up offer for a buy 1 get one free pj set. At checkout i expected that offer because the signs were up! when i asked why it was still the original price she said the offer ended, so why was it up??? Then she tried gaslighting us that there wasn't a sign but there clearly was and thats the only reason i would go buy those overpriced pjs. (Side note) When we asked the cashier to call her up she told us to go find her because she was scared her manager was going to yell at her! Review #155 - 2017 Came in to buy a new pajama set on Black Friday because my daughter got sick & ended up throwing up all over me. I only packed one set of PJ since we were only staying at the hotel for a couple of nights and didn't quite plan for any emergency situation to arise. I mean, it's not like I really need an excuse to shop at VS, right? They had a "buy regular priced pajama set and get free slippers" sale, so I just bought a set for $54.50. The slippers retail for $29.50, so it was a pretty good deal. However, I'd probably never buy the slippers on their own...but slippers are always useful when you're staying at a hotel. Haley assisted me in finding my matching slippers. She was very sweet and friendly. Very pretty young lady, as well! I ended up picking up a few other things that I didn't quite need, but was nice to have. Luckily, I had a $10 off coupon, if purchased with my VS card, so my purchase ended up being an even better deal. Yeah! read more

I think overall the experience was really good- The staff at both location (Pink and Victoria Secrets) didn't hover over you or engage in such a way they shoved all the deals down your throat. I simply asked where the correct item was and they directed me to my size. The Pink Store has a student discount which saved me $7.71 Victory Secrets doesn't have a discount which was disappointing neither a Military discount. I mean who doesn't enjoy saving money? Though Victoria Secrets had there entire body splash and lotion priced at $6.00 where Pink had them 2 for $20 or one at $16.50 which makes you obligated to spent $20. read more

Victoria Secret is situated in Meadowood Mall nearest to the food court which is located on the Southern side of the mall property. Came in here for a gift certificate (I hope it works) thinking to myself how long the lines are going to be but in actualality they were not that bad. Registers are located in the back right corner of the store and there were plenty of people back there to assist which helped keep the lines to a minimum. All the people at the register's seemed accommodating and friendly. First impressions of the store was how clean and organized it looked. Not something I'm use to, when entering the store there greetings and when browsing around nobody asked if I need any help. It was during the holiday hustle so that could be why too or maybe this is normal employee interaction. read more

I visited this location multiple times while I was living in Reno, and I've come to the conclusion that they use a standard set of hiring criteria for everyone that's selected to work in this store. It goes something like this: - Shmooze with your friends behind the counter and ignore customers when the store gets busy? CHECK! - Make a point of not restocking items that run low? CHECK! - Leave the dressing rooms looking like Custer's Last Stand? CHECK! The customer service here got so bad that even before I left the area, I stopped visiting this location and starting buying what I wanted online. I agree with the tip from the Yelper that said she received the "Worst customer service from any VS store"... My tip: If you want to be completely ignored by the employees, then please come here!!! Upon entering, no greeting, no Hi or Hello from the sales girls that were on the floor near the door, organizing the hangers. The girls did not attempt to greet me even though they were literally right next to me, nor did they ask me if I needed assistance. I would understand if their store was at the very least, clean, spotless, or organized, but as I was rummaging through the boxes for the semi annual sale, all the sizes were mixed up and in the wrong boxes, different bras everywhere, no organization at all, messy store, items not sized properly, items falling off hangers, sloppy merchandising, and unhelpful unfriendly associates, etc. So my question is, WHAT are these associates doing standing around if they aren't fixing anything NOR selling or engaging customers that walk in and are browsing the store? When I was younger I just "had" to have stuff from here. It was all about the name and I needed to be cool. As I'm older though, I realize their products are made very well and last forever if you take care of them. That being said, I went yesterday during their semi-annual sale to check things out. There were a few stragglers but the store was not crowded at all. The inventory was not that great for the sale but it is starting to wrap up so that's understandable. I was on my phone most of the time and the employee walking around the foolery respected that thank goodness! Not only that my issue which Victoria's Secret frankly didn't have to even deal with if they didn't feel like it but they took care of it with a smile and with the utmost courtesy. I mean I was so flipping happy that I just called Victoria's Secret store relations to compliment this particular store. What happened was this: I purchased a bottle of Scandalous perfume a few months before, and the old fashioned pump atomizer stopped working. I wanted to buy a new atomizer top, so I went to the store to ask about doing so. With a smile, they replaced my atomizer top at no charge. Not even five minutes after I entered the store, this was handled. I was impressed. This store also has very helpful staff in general and a great selection of products. I hadn't been into this store in probably 7/8 years because of having more babies and putting on some extra weight. I was so worried that 1-they wouldn't have anything big enough and 2-they wouldn't be very excited to help someone not a size 0. I'm very happy to say I was completely wrong! Pretty good VS. I just knocked off 1 star because some of the employees are bitches. Anyway they usually have what I am looking for here. I never go for the stuff that's usually in the on sale bin. What can I say? My taste is a bit more expensive. It all actuality I don't go for patterned bras. I find patterned bras very tacky but hey, a lot of women find them fun and I am definitely not fun. I stick to solid colors and lace bras in white, black, beige, and my favorite color, slutty girl red. Like many VS locations, if they don't have your size or color they will order it for you with no shipping charge sending it to your house. They also honor any coupons which is a great deal. I find usually VS online is cheaper, however when VS stores have that $15 off coupon, the store itself ends up being cheaper than online. They also have something really cute. The fitting rooms look like a French brothel and you ring doorbells when you need a worker to unlock a door, or to get you a different size. I do find it takes awhile though to get someone to come back to give you a different size. This VS is much better than the Summit location because it's much larger and has more in stock items. When I go to the one in Los Angeles (where I'm from and live at sometimes), the store is always packed with huge lines. In the end I am much more of a kinky, Frederick's of Hollywood gal but the closest one in Reno is in Sacramento. read more

Victoria's Secret is the epitomy of all things right in female undergarments. Prices are high but you feel like gold when you wear the clothing and it's 100% worth every penny. If you have not been bra shopping in awhile you need to go in and get fitted which they recommend every 6 months or so because your body does change. The employees are very knowledgable in all things bra. If the ones you are trying on don't fit you prefectly they know exactly which style or sister size to try on next and they won't stop the hunt until you find your perfect fit. My only complaint is they move displays around too much so everytime I go in I have to ask where my favorite items went but that's not enough for me to knock off a star. read more

However, as a staff, I wish they would have a better understanding of they rules & regulations of their promotions. I was told 4 different things for 1 promotional deal. I was rang up one way & my friend was rang up a different way, for purchasing the exact same things. We spent more then $75 worth of stuff & they neglected to give both of us the free blanket, so we both had to drive all the way back hoping that the location wasn't sold out. Luckily for us, they still had them. A huge thank you to Amanda!!! For going above & beyond. When I wanted a specific item, all the other employees said that they were sold out & didn't even double check. Amanda went to the back & got it for me because there was in fact several there in the back. When I was completely confused about how the promotion was working, Amanda very patiently explained it to me like 6 times. Thanks Amanda! Bought a Gift Card for my wife on 10/12/2017. After locking it up until Christmas, I finally gave my wife her gift. We went in to this store last week 1/17/2018 and tried to use the gift card. The staff told us there was a $0 balance on the card. This was impossible as its been locked up since I bought it. The staff was very unhelpful and only directed us to call the 800 number on the back of the card. They also mentioned we weren't the only people with gift cards this has happened to. So not only did we call the number on the card but also utilized vs's Facebook and with no luck. They told us on Facebook the card was used on 12/12/2017 and told me on the phone the card was used on 12/11/2017. I informed them that it was impossible that the card was used by myself or my wife. They told me they would open up an investigation and that I needed to wait 4 weeks to hear anything. I asked what store the card was used in and they refused to tell me that information and only provided me with a store number. 50508. That store doesn't show up in an internet search and is different from the store that I bought the card in. So now I'm out money. Good customer service Victorias Secret. Thank you, You got my money and I got a plastic gift card worth nothing. I'm so thankful my wife got nothing for Christmas. *Update. 2200hrs 1/23/2018. Finally a place where my bras and underware fit like a glove!! Very friendly staff who are at your beck and call to help you find the best fit for your needs. One of the ladies there was able to help me find the correct size and style bra for my body type and I couldn't be happier, plus they give you a little pink card with your size and style to keep in your wallet or purse, so you know you are getting the correct garment for yourself each time you go in. Love all their body lotions and perfumes as well and they are always running exceptional deals for them! Ok I may be a bit weird but, I am a guy that likes to wear bras and panties. I had always been too nervous to buy my own in person until I read that VS had a nondiscrimination policy about men trying on their lingerie.When I was in San Francisco went to Victoria Secret and purchased my first bra and panty sets. I was treated so well that I knew I would no longer be nervous to go into a VS store for further purchases. Last week I was in Reno and went to the VS store in the Meadowwood Mall. I was pleasantly met by a sales associate. I told her that I would like to exchange a bra and try on others. She showed me to the fitting room. The woman working there was Olivia M(I hope that is right). Just like my first experience in SF, she was more than happy to help me. She kept running back and forth giving me other bras to try on. At first, I think she was a bit nervous about helping a guy but, soon she was helping me check the fit and trying on different sizes to get the right fit. She even helped me to adjust the straps to the right length. I ended up buying the new lace covered Body by Victoria Demi bra in antique mint lace and matching panties. read more

Just moved to Reno and came to this Victoria's Secret for their semi-annual sale (which I always love to splurge on), and I was shocked by the state of the store. DIRTY. Messy. Unorganized. Even the dressing rooms were filthy, the stool had clearly never been wiped down, there was what looked to be a blood (or maybe lipstick) smear on the wall, looked as if it hadn't been swept in a month. I was hesitant to even put my personal belongings down while I tried on a few items. Actually, you don't have to have your significant other with you if you're a guy, as long as you are not just loitering, then it's creepy. I purchase gift cards there for my wife on a regular basis. My wife loves their line, and even though it is more expensive than your cheap brands, i am more than happy to let her shop there because their stuff, espescially the bras last a lot longer. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. But the customer service is horrible. A couple weeks ago I came into to buy a few tanks to work out in. The first girl was really nice and helpful. However, as I browsed the store I overheard another worker speak into her radio, all the while staring directly at me, saying "so look out for her." Following this, I was literally followed around the store and the store members (mostly just the one girl was originally staring at me) were overly helpful. The only reason I didn't leave was because because I drove all the way from Carson City but I actually live in Gardnerville (an hour away) and can't just drive an hour to the mall whenever I want. Then, during my second trip to the dressing room the same girl (who warned presumably every employee in the store I was a potential thief via the radio headset) spoke again into the radio, right in front of me, saying "tell Marissa (Melissa? some "M" name) I was just kidding." So, I guess my complete and utter lack of suspicious behavior was finally enough to convince her I wasn't a thief? I'm like 90% positive I was racially profiled. I mean, not everything about race, but some things definitely are. I didn't act suspicious in anyway, as I've worked in retail myself for enough time to become quite experienced with suspicious shoppers and theft activity. The first thing I did when I entered the store was ask questions regarding what I was looking for, and then I went and found it. Thieves don't want attention from store members so they definitely don't ask questions unless it's some sort of distraction tactic. But, I came alone. So, I have no idea why else I would've been followed around/treated the way I was. Regardless, I'll be going to The Summit for all of the rest of my shopping excursions, or at least Victoria's Secret. read more
