Great little sex & smoke shop. They had some glass in there for the smoke but mostly outfits and toys. Lots of outfits for the ladies and different toys and things to play with. If I could post a negative five stars I would. I am absolutely appalled at the way I was treated in this store. Outrageous at best. We visited the store earlier in the week and looked around to see what they had. I recieved a phone call and went outside to talk. My boyfriend followed and we left. We returned today to purchase something when the store clerk approached me and said I stole an item earlier in the week and I was not allowed in their store. Shocked and completely humiliated I told him they must have made a mistake. He insisted they had me on camera which is absolutely impossible. I've lived in Reno all of my life and have never even had a speeding ticket. These people have now labeled me a thief and I am completely humiliated me by making me leave the store as a shoplifter when I did absolutely nothing wrong. They should check their cameras again. I am absolutely outraged by this accusation as it labels me as a criminal for which I am not. Who else have they disparaged with untrue accusations? read more

I usually shop online for lingerie. This time I decided to go in person to make sure things fit. I was happy to see they're open given covid-19. The prices are good. I got a bustier and stockings for $60. I forget the woman's name who helped me but she was really nice, helpful, without hovering. My only complaint is that I wish they had more sizes. O couldn't really find anything in a size small. Overall, I really enjoyed shopping here and I'll definitely be back because I plan to work lots of overtime and treat myself soon. read more

A wide range of prices and items-from classy to risqué. 2 areas of improvement that signify the 2 missing stars on this review: #1: Pick any pretty woman's name and change the store name to it. Automatically you go from stereotypical Reno adult store vibe to a chic boutique. This whole town is getting a makeover and being that you are in a nice suburban location, this change would match where you are and what the ladies here want. Think freak in the sheets and lady on the streets concept. Get a classy cursive font and change the name! P.s.-The name also reminds people of an old TLC album..but I digress. #2: I would suggest taking down the sign facing the highway (on the side of the building) that prominently says "Lingerie". Again, this is a suburban, family-oriented neighborhood not downtown. If it is a good and worthwhile place to go, it shouldn't need that for promotion. I recently made a stop into Crazy Sexy Hot on my way into town. Was planning a fun night with my man so decided I try this shop out after spotting sign on freeway. What a pleasant surprise upon entering the door! Very nicely organized and displayed merchandise from the shop's all-inclusive, lovely and sexy lingerie items all the way into the "something extra" area.
