I love Victoria's Secret and I am usually in the store about once a month. The staff is usually very friendly, you will come into contact with staff that is rude and won't assist. I'm happy to say that the one I frequent always has amazing staff that are willing and happy to help. My last experience, I had all one size except for one, the girl noticed and asked if I meant to do that. Covid made my shopping experience a hot mess today. This is the one store that is a treat for me. I like to touch and browse and double back and retrace my steps, but the arrows on the floor, Urg! I think there were only 2 other customers in the store and they were heading out, so I'm sure it wouldn't have been a big deal if I walked the wrong way of the pointed arrows. I was too focused on the arrows, and decided today wast really my day to explore. I bought the 5 for $30.00 panties and left. I was taken care of by a nice lady in a red dress this Fourth of July 2020. She showed me some bras and some that were on clearance, and was very friendly. But I wasn't feeling that fun and sexy vibe today. Try back some other time I suppose. read more

Terrible customer service. Be careful if you miss your receipt because they won't help you on any way. They prefer to mail me a gift card with a higher amount and let me keep the bras. I want to add to this that must of the crew working tonight had such really bad actitud. I understand you may be tire or winning to go home but nobody deserve treat like they did to me. When you go to a Store like this "Victoria's Secret" you have in your brain high class, exquisite, quality, excellence..... so honestly I was not expecting a treatment like that. And again just to make this very clear I was NOT ASKING FOR REFUND I was just willing to exchange with the right size to be able to ware it. I wish I could give this place a zero. My friends and I went in recently and the staff were rude and pushy. They were constantly hovering over us like we were going to do something which we weren't. We all bought stuff just so they didn't think we were up to no good. But they made our experience uncomfortable and made my friend very upset. They told us to be quiet and we weren't that loud we were just have a conversation and it was like late at night so no one was in the store. To be honest we don't know why they were rude to us. We weren't running around or throwing things or acting shady. We might have made a comment that something was too pricey but that victory secret overpriced. But still no way to treat customers 100% do not recommend this Victoria secret!!! read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I walked in to get a bra and I have never been dealt with so badly. I said I wanted a push up bra and they sarcastically told me "we have a lot of push ups". Then I was like okay I'll find one myself. Then when I was checking out they said that I needed to hurry up and pick because they close soon, by the way is was 8:58pm and that was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I walked to the checkout line the manager came behind me and said "I heard what she said it wasn't that bad". And I told her "well I don't have to buy these if you guys would rather close". And she told me "yeah you don't have to". She's lucky I had a coupon that I wanted to use so I ignored her rude comment. Then when she walked us out I asked her what the name was of the girl who was working there and she acted like she didn't know. Then after waiting for an answer she told me her name was Michelle. I will definitely be calling customer service tomorrow. read more

I went at Victoria's Secret to find a gift. I had a great experience. The staff was excellent. Megan helped me to find what I needed and also to convert sizes between Europe and US. They have plenty of good choices and everything from online. You have to be patient to pay as sometime this is crowded but it doesn't seems to be a staff issue, just too many customers. Overall nice, I will come back for sure. Prices are a bit up but well, I guess you pay for quality. read more

Assistant manager was inconsiderate of my wasted 15 minutes time and lied to me about store credit that did not make sense to me at all and said items weren't tagged that were never tagged so she couldn't do it. Her employee was kind and understandable - she took care of me earlier and because the register machine wasn't working, she and ast. Manager sent me to PINK. The PINK employees were kind and used my 15 minutes time to try to return my items but it had to go on merchandise card which I refused. They tried again but couldn't do it, so they sent me back to VS. I met the asst manager and asked me what happened at Pink, I said refund would have to go on store credit which I did not want. She said it would happen here too. I was puzzled. Then she looked at the items and said oh they don't have tags on. I said I didn't see the tags when I bought them from coastland mall. She still didn't accept them. Wow! Totally wasted my time! I wouldn't blame on employee, she was kind enough to accept them but the register machines had to be rebooted. But this asst. manager I do not like! She just didn't want to do it. So I drove all the way to Coastland mall in Naples where I got the items from. After employee did one click, I got them all returned back on my credit card. read more

This store is pretty nice and inviting, staff is friendly and helpful. Decor is nice, store is clean and store is well stocked. This store does not have a pink room. Pink line is separate location. read more

Quite possibly the most unfriendly Victoria's Secret I have ever been in! Staff never spoke to me and acted like I was bothering them by asking for a size, to use the fitting room and checking out. I live nearby and won't be going back. read more
