I did email back right away the one I had picked. Then 2 weeks later still did not hear anything back from her. The online customer service is horrible which is a shame because I will not be ordering from here ever again.

My favorite part of the entire store was the woman working there. I didn't get her name but she told me she was going to be 90 in October! She certainly didn't look 90 and she CERTAINLY didn't move like it either. She was such a sweet lady and we were able to have about a 15 min conversation before she got another customer. I enjoyed her so much.

This was my first bridal dress shopping experience and I don't think Kleinfeld's can even top it. It is a priceless, personal experience. My mother, future MIL & I were warmly welcomed by Katie, an incredibly helpful, kind hearted and selfless assistant. She gave us full reign of the appointment while guiding us with kindness and love. The dress options were beautiful & the shopping process was so much fun. We were given clips to put on the hangars of the dresses I wanted to try on which was both fun and inclusive for my shopping team. I was given great advice and even some insight on local vendors as we are getting married in Fort Myers but are from New York. I truly can't recommend this place more. I look forward to returning so I can buy my dream dress here!
