My children purchased a Lilly Pulitzer golf dress for my birthday. The dress was too small. They didn't have the dress in my size and I had a gift receipt. Store policy was: store credit only, could not put money back on card, could not order for me online and have sent to my home. The dress was $168. I had to buy something in the store. I tried on at least 15 pieces of clothing. i came away with a polo shirt and a pair of shorts that are just okay. I would not shop here again. The sales ladies were helpful. Is this the Lilly Pulitzer HQ? Okay, it's not, but they have a lot of Lily items here, and if you go at the end of a season, boy do they go on sale. That's a secret that I may regret sharing out here with all of you though. People seem to have given this place bad reviews because of their return policies, but each time I've shopped here they've reminded me of the policy before I've checked out. The staff has been so helpful, and the last time in they helped me find a fantastic outfit for a friends wedding. I didn't think they were snooty or pushy at all, but welcoming and honest. If you are a fan of Lily Pulitzer, you need to run here. If black clothing is more your thing - stay far, far away. read more

Wow!!! I was hesitant to go to this location due to all of the horrible reviews, but it was closer to where we were staying. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a sales associate. She took several of the dresses I was looking at and started a dressing room. She gave me a few suggestions and was extremely nice. I tried on the dresses and found one I loved! Most of the reviews are from people with issues returning items. I have no plans on returning my dress since it was awesome and I live 1100 miles away! Sooooo.... All in all I had a wonderful experience! The lady who rang up my purchase was very pleasant and took the time to have a real conversation with me, not the normal hurried transaction! read more

I visited this store personally last year and tried a dozen things on, the sales associate was extremely kind and helpful and unfortunately due to my weight gain I was not feeling the love in anything I tried on and yet they were so kind. Fast forward one year later I call them asking them for a Lilly Pulitzer Shawn dress that was sold out all over the US and bammm, they had it! Not only did they have it they shipped it out to me in California, I can not express how helpful these ladies are and the fact they provided me a item I was desperately looking for all over the US. Snooty sales people. I was at Bell Tower at Christmas and saw a children's Lilly dress on sale for $40 and decided to purchase it for my 9 year old daughter Lily( who loves Lilly) I also went into browse the full price stuff when I went to the cashier she rang me out & put it in a regular plastic bag. Since it was a Christmas gift I asked her for a lily Pulitzer Shopping bag so I could put my daughter's gift in there and she would know it was from Lilly. I was told we don't usually do that but here I will give it to you. So I said to the cashier what do you mean you don't usually do that? I can pay for the shopping bag if you need me to. She like no we just normally don't do that so again I asked her to her reiterate what she meant. She responded we usually don't give Lily Pulitzer shopping bags for the sale items. I was like oh OK. She gave me the bag anyways however in customer service the customer is always right and $40 for kids dress is not cheap she should've just given me the bag without telling me that. I felt it was very distasteful and rude. They need to treat their customers better. I started to feel bad after and then realized how ridiculous people can be in life and had to laugh it off. From now on I will just only shop for Lily at Lilly Pulitzer stores when I'm in Orlando or Naples. read more

I recently went in to the Pink Pineapple to browse as Lilly was having a Memorial Day gift giveaway. My purchase was $18 short of the free bracelets so I decided to add another top to put myself over the price and get the free bracelets. I was told by the sales girl that they did not consider sale items toward the price of the gifts and as such I would not receive the bracelets unless I purchased full price items. I checked the email and no where on there did it make this distinction. I then called the toll-free number and spoke with customer service who said that does not apply to the corporate Lilly stores but signature stores are allowed to do "whatever they want". So, my advice to anyone looking to buy Lilly clothing...stick to the corporate stores. There is a really nice one at the Waterside Shops in Naples. I will not return here again. read more

Unfriendly sales associates, overpriced cloths that are marked on sale but not on sale when you go to check out and return policies that make it impossible to exchange or return cloths. If you enjoy being ripped off by snooty sales people this is the place for you. Horrible bought 368 worth of clothes less than 24 hours ago with tags on them. Won't let you return anything. They say they don't do returns. Buyer beware whom ever heard of this. They also posed as corporate store which does allow returns. Come to find out they are not corporate owned. So they do not do returns if you buy anything from them. Nice selection of Lilly. Is is me or does some of it seem even more pricey than the actual Lilly store? The reason I am giving them 2 stars is the insane return policy! 10 days exchanges only?! Come on, even the regular Lilly store 15 minutes away offers 30 days cash back 90 days exchange. Will be going to the real Lilly store from here on out. read more
