The salesman , Rafael Jimenez, however brought us back to a mattress we had really liked but was a bit over what we wanted to spend, and my husband and I had totally forgotten how much we liked this particular mattress. Rafael, however, being very attentive, remembered, and was able to give us such a great deal that we wound up buying two of the same mattresses!! The fact that he remembered which mattress we liked, when we couldn't even remember, and worked with us, made my husband and I extremely happy and recommended him and Mattress Firm to several people. Oh, and next or same day free delivery! Delivery guys were great and called and even came earlier! You can't beat that!!
