I recently bought some orchids for $20 plus tax when every other florist sells the same flowers for $40 and up which is incredibly cheap and nothing is wrong with the flowers, they are freshly cut. The store is pretty simple and staff are fairly knowledgeable and more or less a basic no frills type of place. The reason I don't give a higher rating is because quite a few times I have been there, the service can be quite unfriendly, maybe it's just their interactions with me. I haven't checked out the aquarium but if you are a guy looking to buy flowers for a date, significant other or anyone in general, this place has outstanding value. Take the money you will save and use it to add to a nice dinner date.

Always extremely helpful & understanding. I absolutely love Kyle's arrangements, as the flowers always last far beyond other suppliers I've tried. They're all the more special as he seems to design each bouquet in layers. On pickup you'll have an already bloomed set of beautiful flowers which last at roughly 6-7 days, the filler is accompanied by unbloomed buds which tend to blossom after 5-7 days of pickup. This bouquet appears to have a third layer of unbloomed lilies which I assume will blossom within a few days as well. Where a typical bouquet is thrown out after a week, Kyle's arrangements always last a minimum of two weeks! I will continue to be loyal to Growers Flowers. Following my discussion with Mona I learned that the artistic direction for this was all her idea! Why is this important? Well in a business like that of Florists it's no secret that having strong creative abilities and a keen eye for design would be advantageous when designing/creating beautiful arrangements. I called them to sort it out and their receptionist was extremely rude to me, and accused me of lying. They sent me a new bouquet, and then called me and accused me of lying to get one for free, which is ridiculous. She stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes to argue with me instead of checking to make sure I got them this time. For such an expensive and special gift, they need to do a better job to make sure the correct person is receiving the item. Also, when a customer has a problem they need to be kind and patient on the phone. This was extremely stressful to deal with. I'm very disappointed. They need to work on their customer service. The flowers itself are beautiful but unfortunately my boyfriend won't be ordering flowers from them again. Too unprofessional.
