Received a bouquet a while back for Valentine's Day from them and it was amazing! They were able to work with my colour preferences and the end result was incredible! The bouquet was nicely packed so transport was Easy. The flowers were well hydrated as they included a small "bucket" of water for the flowers to sit in to keep them fresh. All in all my bouquet lasted for two weeks and I got so many compliments about the arrangement. The florals were just simply amazing - probably the best arrangement I've seen in a long time! Part of me wished I knew about them when I was planning my wedding lol, but what a breathtaking bouquet with blush/dull pink tones, white and a light pop of lavender. I ordered 24 pink carnations from Pink Twig to hand out to family and friends who supported my fundraising for the MS Walk in May 2021. My local florist only had mini carnations and I wanted beautiful, strong single stem carnations. I found Pink Twig on-line. This stylish and elegant store is only a short streetcar ride from my home. Without hesitation, they placed a special order and I picked up the carnations the following week. I am writing today, 10 days later, to say I have received 3 or 4 photographs from people who received the flowers, to say they are still looking beautiful. More than that, when I picked them up they were wrapped with such TLC. Some were even in a vial with water, because I had mentioned that a few could possibly be without water for several hours. Thank you to the kind and considerate team at Pink Twig. This was all done curbside, of course but I look forward to stepping into your store when this pandemic is over. Pretty flower shop in Little Italy. They have numerous terrariums with good price points and very fetching display of plants on a reclaimed wood door that is suspended in front of the store like a swing. They have a great selection of pots and wonderful selection of spring flowers, except for peonies, which were off limits because they are apparently so precious this time of year ($15/stem) they are pre-orders for weddings. So I felt like rewarding myself with a bouquet arrangement that feels like spring. $28 dollars later I got a nice arrangement but it did not blow my mind. The greens that were used to complement my bouquet had some holes in it and I felt that it was put together very haphazardly. I have seen better. In conclusion, I will wait until my local florist gets ranunculus and peonies and I will give them my business instead. Overpriced flowers that does not blow me over is just not worth it. read more

WARNING: DO NOT get your wedding flowers here... ...you're better off to go to a convenience store. I recently got married and hired Pink Twig to do my flowers. I was pretty specific, even providing photographs of what I wanted. I had been a customer for about two years, buying a few random bouquets here & there and even though they were a bit pricey and had no customer service skills I thought they'd step up for a wedding. Wrong. I was a busy bride on the day and didn't see the flowers until two hours prior, what a mess, they were the wrong colours. I mean wrong, as in they should have been white & pink and instead they were orange & purple. I had my girlfriend run to the nearest flower shop and buy a bunch of neutral flowers, whatever she could find last minute and went on with the day. When I got back from my honeymoon I went by the store to ask them what happened, I figured my order obviously got mixed up and someone else got my flowers. The owners, Amy & Tanya denied they'd gotten anything wrong and actually got aggressive & angry with me for even questioning them. After I showed them the photos stapled to our original agreement they still wouldn't own up. When I told them I was very disappointed and was going to review the shop they threatened to call their lawyers and sue me for slander. They are crazy. Do yourself a favour, just stay away. read more

i wonder where the name of this place came from. perhaps it was named after the woman who helped me. the pink twig is a mixture of two stores. its part home furnishing in the way of of pillows, cups, bowls, vases, candle holders and the like plus its got plants and flowers. it seems that there are many stores these days that try to distinguish themselves by having a myriad of seemingly unrelated things to sell alongside each other. now, there is some relation between the above items. they are all part of home decor. it must be difficult to distinguish oneself as a business so good on them for trying their own take. i liked their selection of succulents and their flower trees. im sure theres a proper name, but i dont know it. all i know is that this large tree branch with magnolias hanging off of it was lovely. it seems to me though that they are on the pricier side. i was speaking to the pink twig and she was saying that during the winter they get a lot of their stuff from out of town. i bet though, that this is true for many of the flowers and plants all year round. i just know that ive seen greater selection of plants and flowers in other shops for less. there are also some flowers that you can get at a local chinese grocer for less money if you care to. i would go here for really special bouquets; the flowers themselves looked beautiful when i was there, and the pic of the bouquet posted looks lovely as well. read more

I'm a university student without a huge budget for flowers, and despite the fact that I can never spend too much money, or come in very often, I always appreciate the care and time that they put into making flowers for me. They recognize me and put evident care into making beautiful things for me, even though without my business they would hardly suffer. A nearby florist I've gone into has several times not even acknowledged me as I walk into the store, but they always greet me and ask how they can help, which I really appreciate. In short, I always appreciate the care and attention they give to my flowers, even though I'm likely younger and working with a smaller budget than most of their regular clientele. They're lovely and I've always been so happy with the flowers and plants I get there. read more

Placed and order to send flowers to my wife as a surprise the day of our wedding. Pink Twig assured me that they would be delivered before noon. The flowers were not delivered before noon. I called after they missed the delivery time and was assured they were out for delivery and that they would be arriving momentarily. 2 more follow ups calls were made on my end before they updated me with the news that there was a death in the family of the courier company and that they were short staffed, also that the flowers would not get there until 3 or 4pm when there would no longer be anyone at the delivery address. If they had let me know earlier in the day before the flowers were scheduled to be delivered I would have understood. I take issue with the fact that none of this was communicated earlier. A disappointing result on such an important day. I would not count on Pink Twig for any important occasions. read more

This place has flowers the way I imagine them in my head: giant, colourful and smelling so good I would consider eating them. Flowers in a cartoon, flowers in a perfect world, etc. The staff were nearly as bright and friendly (but not edible). And their selection of housewares gave the similar appearance of quality, boldness, and a heartiness that would presumably come from being fed just the right kind of magical plant food. For example, chunky bowls that may or may not have been crafted on a potter's wheel, and painted with stripes. The store is a cheery spot in this blasted winter. The adorable wrought-iron patio table outside patiently awaiting spring, as though it were oblivious to all this January bluster. read more

She is down-to-earth and, in an industry where promises are not always delivered on, Amy and her team exceed expectations. My wedding ceremony was in the same venue as my reception so the first time I saw the space fully decorated was as I walked down the aisle. It was overwhelming. The flowers looked absolutely amazing. In addition to the beautiful flowers, a couple small decor details that Amy suggested made a huge difference in making the venue look perfect. I lived very close to this shop for a few years, and regularly went in to buy small arrangements for my apartment, to pickup gifts, or simply to ask questions about caring for my plants. I was always met with top-of-the line service and extremely friendly staff. One of the girls even helped me build my window-sill herb garden after I'd bought the herbs at a corner store (I bought the containers from Pink Twig). When it came time to plan my wedding, I received quotes from many florists throughout the city, and Pink Twig was able to beat all of them without compromising the quality of product I received. Not only was the price better, but my flowers were absolutely stunning. Amy (the owner) delivered them herself the morning of my wedding, and they were even more beautiful than what I had imagined. I used to love Pink Twig - I live up the street and would pop in to treat myself to a small bouquet once in a while. I'd been meaning to leave a positive review, in fact. But the last few bouquets / visits weren't impressing me so I held off. Most recently, I asked for a small bouquet (I said about $15 initially, as she pulled flowers I said $20 was fine if that was what it took to make something nice). Her attitude from the outset was clearly that I was not worth her time. I was looking for her suggestions on what to add to the ranunculus that I liked - it was like pulling teeth. She just kept saying that I didn't have much money left. If I give you a price point, and a starting flower, then you should be able to generate a decent outcome. I don't know what will look nice together, that's your job, not mine! The final bouquet was minuscule. The woman who used to work on Fridays would actually arrange the flowers, and fill in with greens so that the final result was wonderful. This time, they were haphazardly stuck together, one sprig of greens put in, and weirdly she chopped the bouquet incredibly short. I'm so disappointed at the waste of money, I almost handed the bouquet off to a stranger on the street to get it out of my sight. I asked while paying and the woman who used to work Fridays and would put together the lovely bouquets no longer works here. That sealed it for me - Pink Twig, never again. read more

PINK TWIG IS RUN BY RIP OFF ARTISTS. $1,934.86 FOR BABY'S BREATH!!! I wish this was a joke, but that's what my client paid for 5 FILLER (no flowers) bouquets + 2 boutineers... along with a few puffs of baby's breath and some cheap mason jar arrangements with 1 rose + you guessed it... more filler. I am a wedding planner and had a bride come to me 2 weeks before her wedding to plan her wedding. The only thing booked was the venue. In my quest for floral arrangements, I contacted Pink Twig out of desperation. We sat through a painful consultation that included the Florist actually rolling her eyes at my client. I suggested to my client that we check out a flower market, but she was hesitant given the amount of time we had to put all the moving parts together. The quote came in, and it was clearly a play for $$$$$. They saw a bride in a bind and they took advantage of a woman in a vulernable situation. I nearly fell off my chair. I've never been more surprised by a quote... and I've been in this business for 11+ years. The staff was UNPROFESSIONAL + RUDE. The "flowers" were cheap + ugly. They basically stole my clients money and spit on her as a thank you. I wouldn't recommend this poor excuse for a floral shop to my worst enemy. read more

Out of all the vendors we hired for this wedding, Pink Twig was one of the most professional. They were absolutely wonderful and accommodating in every way. Tanya is a very lovely person to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about her product! I went to three or four different florists before I came here and none of them could tell me the name of a certain type of plant I was looking for. (Bittersweet) Tanya knew what it was and incorporated it into my stunning fall themed centrepieces! (Which were made on site because they were so delicate!!). The most important part of all were the flowers - the boutonnieres and corsages and cake topper were just the right size and perfect in every way. They were a brilliant pop of colour and just perfectly assembled and presented. But the bouquets!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I looked at a lot of pictures but I have never EVER seen bouquets as beautiful as the ones Pink Twig made for us. I couldn't stop staring at my own flowers because they were so unique and so beautiful!! I knew exactly what I wanted in my bouquet and the girls at Pink Twig made it better than I could ever have imagined. They were hands down the most stunning flower arrangements I have ever seen.
