Got them home and almost all of the shirts were dirty around the collars and one of the suits had visible stains on the front. Pressing was terrible. The name Martinizing is what their parking signs say though. Anyhoo, whatever this place is called, don't go here. I've used them 5 times and I am done. I had one pair of trousers that took three visits before they could be found. They weren't in the computer system as "it was done for a month or so" and multiple employees spent 5 minutes looking for every pair of trousers that may have my name attached. Finally, on the third time visiting (about 2 months after I started trying to get them back) the employee said he couldn't find them before he began looking (it wasn't the first time he had looked) but then said "you know, I wonder" and then found them on the rack literally within 10 seconds. During this time they were missing I had been promised twice that a manager would be told what is going on and that I would be contacted by them so I knew what they were doing to find them, that never happened. Though that should have probably been enough, they weren't trousers I really cared about so I wasn't too hung up on them taking a couple extra months to get back to me BUT today I went to pick up two pairs of pants that I had dropped off last week and they were still dirty. I took those pants in because they had salt on the hems from recent snow, when I got them back they looked exactly as beset with salt as they had been when I dropped them off. I was fine with the notion that they could have had a computer problem and that there was some stuff that got lost but when they are failing to do the one thing that your company is there to do, it means I need to use a different dry cleaner.

And then, the time came...my suit jacket was getting a little smelly and I knew I had to find a dry cleaner. After checking on social media and getting suggestions from friends who had used this particular business, I landed here. I was greeted immediately upon walking inside, the young lady was very pleasant and answered my questions and assured me they look at tags before cleaning. I was able to track my order on my phone, and pickup was just as smooth and friendly as drop off - the next day. I will return here very soon, as another one of my suits will need freshened up in short order. The price is average for Des Moines, I paid $20 for a jacket and slacks. I rarely ever go to a public laundry mat but our washing machine in our house was out of commission…read moreso off to the laundry mat I went. This place was very very clean which I appreciated. It is open 24 hours! A wash is about $5 and dry is about $3 to get your stuff completely washed and dried. That's just for 1 load so a little pricy, but overall I would pay more for a clean laundry mat. Lots of washers and dryers available when I went. Parking right in front which was nice! Make sure to bring cash because the credit card change machine was broken!
