Maybe it's on the fritz and they will fix it but I won't be back if it's hot outside. Doing the laundry is already miserable, I don't need to be dripping sweat on top of that. Also, customer service was mixed. One lady really didn't want to be there, openly complaining and angrily shouting. After she left it was fine; a younger lady who was really friendly and helpful took her place and the whole vibe of the place shifted.
