In terms of amenities: it provides coffee, a sink and wash-up area, a large and clean bathroom, vending machines for snacks and drinks, and (drum roll) free wireless. In terms of the goods: TWH has a wide variety and large numbers of large machines (double- and triple-loaders) and two walls full of enormous dryers, which you pay for in 7-minute intervals (a quarter gets you 7 minutes). Of course, it's also got the regular-sized machines, too, if you have smaller loads. A change machine can get you quarters for $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills, and there is also a vending machine for soap and whatnot. There are lots of tables for folding, and carts with and without a top bar for managing hangers and line-dry items. And it's relatively small size belies the large number of machines available--on a busy Saturday morning, I was still able to do over 5 loads of laundry (including drying and folding) in only 90 minutes. Awesome. Laundromats in principle are not very fun; TWH does everything it can to transcend, and succeeds. If you have to drag your dirties out in public, this is a good place to do it.

As I was leaving the woman running Busy Bubbles in a rude tone said, "Thanks for doing laundry here." I told her, "Sorry I just saw the sign." She then told me I should learn to read. This would be a rude and unprofessional thing to say to anyone but I'm dyslexic and worked hard as a child to overcome it. I left without saying another word because that woman is not worth it and anything I could say wouldn't make a difference to her. I would never recommend anyone to go to this unprofessional and inconciderate place.

Then as I purchased a pay card (required) th machine says there is a promotion, use a $20 bill, get a bonus $2. The machine gave me $1. I cannot find any contact information except a phone number. I would like to have an email address to keep track of my communication. Finally, I think it's expensive. More than other laundromats. The lounge certainly has bells and whistles (play area for kids and bathrooms and tables appear clean. But the drums that claims to be 4x size washing machine is not. Maybe if a small European apartment is the comparison. That machine is $6.25.
