We paid over $200 for 20 tablecloths to be pressed at Crown cleaners on university Avenue. I picked them up on the Monday before the dinner. I had no reason to look at them until 3 PM in the afternoon when we were setting up the tables. The dinner was at 5 PM When I contacted the owner Mary, she said that this is normal . She also stated that it is because of the fabric and that they needed to be folded. Since they are the professionals, I should've been told ahead of time that this was the best they could do. I told her how disappointed we were in the end result. I never asked for a refund or compensation from her. The reason is because from the very beginning of the conversation, she said this was normal. That is so hard to believe. What do you think?

It is open 24 hours! A wash is about $5 and dry is about $3 to get your stuff completely washed and dried. Go elsewhere then" with an angry cold glare and blamed me for requesting the original hem. Little did they know I already went to another alteration specialist and they told me the bottom was sewn too tight, that's why it looks so ugly and crumpled. Not to mention when I was still sitting there clearly upset, Mr. Tran kept asking me about my race. I'm not here to make small talk buddy I'm here to see if these people know how to make it right and the answer is no. I believe this was not a mistake, just a lack of skill. I wish someone had warned me out of the kindness of their heart not to trust Tran with expensive clothing that I can't afford to replace if ruined.
