I walked in and walked out in less then 5 minutes because both my own SIL and Vicki were barking orders at my child after I had already asked her to stay by the door.. which is where she was as asked by me. I didn't want to wait the shipping time so I chose to support local and I hate to write a bad review of a mom n pop shop like this so I even went back to tell them I was unhappy with their work and all they said was "sorry. Go elsewhere then" with an angry cold glare and blamed me for requesting the original hem. Little did they know I already went to another alteration specialist and they told me the bottom was sewn too tight, that's why it looks so ugly and crumpled. Not to mention when I was still sitting there clearly upset, Mr. Tran kept asking me about my race. I'm not here to make small talk buddy I'm here to see if these people know how to make it right and the answer is no. I believe this was not a mistake, just a lack of skill. I wish someone had warned me out of the kindness of their heart not to trust Tran with expensive clothing that I can't afford to replace if ruined. I have attached pictures of the exact same pair of jeans below with the same alteration requested shortened and you can see the difference between Tran's work and a professional's.
