After four years of loyalty, I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect the same level of care and customer service that any client should receive. For make up, I've requested twice (from two different artists) "a natural, me - just better, look," and also a soft glam warm smokey eye - all of which were PERFECT! I did not have to touch up through out the day. All I did was either add more moisturizing spray or UD's All Nighter Spray. Note: If you want airbrush, request it beforehand when you make your reservation. An added plus is that these artists have RANGE! I'm in my 30s but I've seen ladies with mature skin (50+), Gen Z, I mean the skin types ran the gamut and all of the ladies that walked out of there looked beautiful AF. Not to mention the different hair types and requests that they knocked out of the park. The girl that did my hair (twice) was confident and knew exactly what to do even with a brief description or photo. Her confidence gave me confidence knowing she knew her sh*t.
