When checking out today, the cashier brought up some paper work from 2 years ago when I disputed credit I was suppose to receive back in return from bringing several items back in. Took over a week and a half to 2 weeks to hear back about my refund. I ended up disputing the amount on my Apple credit so they could give me back my credit instantly instead of waiting longer than I was suppose to, and dispute on my behalf. Apple disputed and adjusted my credit, so I got the correct amount back and they had their correct amount after the dispute. The employee even admitted that they got the correct amount of money back. They brought up pictures of me from video recording, and treated me like I was a thief. Found it interesting that they brought it to my attention today even though I've been shopping there consistently. They're happy to take your money, as long as you don't dispute them for not crediting back your refund in a timely manner. Don't know if the boss/owner was being incredibly petty, or something else, but after seeing that a young brown person was treated poorly at this establishment in one of these reviews, I'm not surprised at this behavior. Either way I spoke with the employee and he ended up sorting it out, knowing he was in the wrong, but said his boss was making him confront me. At least that was my understanding. This is not professional whatsoever ever, and I've given this shop a lot referrals (to my family and friends). After seeing some of these reviews about the behavior of the employees and owner, I don't think I'll be coming back. Also, seeing that someone reported seeing roaches there, I'm definitely not coming back!! Fucking gross!

I first met Jessie when she did my makeup for our son's wedding in 2007, and I've been using her products ever since. I have never had anyone comment on my makeup before - and I received numerous compliments that day. She even taught me how to deal with those inevitable "tears of joy" without ruining everything! The following year, she took care of the entire bridal party for our daughter's wedding, including eyelash extensions for me. I have rosacea and have found the Bomber Betty products to be the best. I recently used Jessica and Bomber Betty products for a photo shoot. What I love most about the products was that they stayed on my face without dripping, smudging, smearing during my shoot. My photo shoot was done while I was moving---dancing-- so it was imperative that the makeup stayed in place and was able to look great through perspiration. Now thats impressive! read more

We looked glamorous without looking over-done. I have never received more compliments on my make up in my life. Prior to arrival, she coordinated her services with the hairstylist and set up a schedule with our assigned times. She brought all of the necessary tools and products and was incredibly professional throughout the entire day. Some of us selected traditional makeup application and some selected airbrush makeup, but we all looked gorgeous when she was finished. Now, the makeup held up remarkably well. I was one of the first to get makeup applied (before noon), and before the night was over (well past midnight), I ate two meals, snacked, drank, took indoor photos took outdoor photos and danced (and sweat) for hours. I didn't have a chance to glance in a mirror the entire evening, and when I got home, I assumed that my makeup would be a melted mess, but it wasn't! My eyes still looked perfect - no creasing on my upper lids and the lash application had no lifting at the edges. The lips lost only a little color in the very center from all the eating and drinking. Blush looked fresh. The only part of the makeup that started to crease was my under eye area, but even that was minor. I was amazed. Thank you, Fallon! You brought out the beauty in all of us and helped to make my sister feel like a goddess on her wedding day.
