They are a little bit more expensive then some beauty supply stores in the area but with that they have a hands on approach to helping you find what you need at this store. The owner...well I believe he is the owner remembered my daughter and she had only been there a few times that was awesome. It was very refreshing to see a store that was trying to get to know their customer and helped them find a product that works for them so they don't have buyers remorse. It was very clean and also very organized...Plus. Although their prices are about $1 to $2 dollars more than others in the neighborhood I will still be back because I truly did enjoy my experience at this location. As always... Enjoy!!!

I am probably the most die-hard Bobbi Brown user in the world. From moisturizer to eye liner to…read morepowder and lip gloss, I use it almost exclusively. And I love it! So, Bobbi gets 5 B-utiful stars for product. Always. But, when I stopped to purchase some brush cleaner last weekend at this particular counter, I was seriously disappointed in the customer service. There were probably three or four Bobbi representatives there in the store, but they weren't all 'working' or 'visible', it seemed. Two of them were helping customers when I arrived, so I looked at the products for a minute or two to give them some space to see that I was ready to be helped or at least acknowledged. That didn't happen. They didn't look at me and say "just a moment", and they didn't call another rep over for help. They just kept doing their thang. So, after a few more minutes, when I was just about to walk away, one of them finally grunted at me that something would happen eventually... and then she helped a customer who had arrived AFTER me. I walked away and wandered a bit before sneaking back over to find two additional reps standing behind a wall - totally goofing off! These were forty something or older women, totally ignoring a line of customers. On a Saturday!?! My behavior sounds a little passive aggressive, I understand, but I don't enjoy begging for customer service, and I don't enjoy sales people with attitudes. Unfortunately, that's what I found here at Macy's last weekend. I've never had worse service at a BB counter, usually the reps are OVERLY friendly, so I hope this was a fluke. :(

They offer enough choices to make it easy to get ready in under 10 minutes for work, which is perfect if you love your sleep like I do. They're also very gentle, which I love. While they don't have the wild colors that MAC does, the colors are simple and classic, which makes it easy to achieve a clean, fresh look highlighting your natural features, not minimizing them. The staff is fairly friendly. What they lack in personality they certainly make up for with strong product knowledge. Minus one star for being shown a mascara that they were out of... BOO!

Pretty good selection of pantyhose, including rhinestoned fishnet and sheer (mostly) to waist, which is getting hard to find, in a variety of colors. I f you're looking for lashes, a wig, pantyhose or a new lipstick shade and want cheaper than drugstore prices, hello. Half a dozen lipsticks and two hair flowers was less than $20. $10 minimum for credit cards or Apple Pay and a fifty-cent fee.

The products are great for my sensitive skin, i use the ReThink Clean and you can do EVERYTHING with it, remove make-up, cleanse your face, moisturizer and it restores my skins beauty! I got rid of all my other products. Their treatments are great too. I got malasma after a surgery i had that messed w/ my hormone levels and it wasn't going away for the life of me, so i started coming here (because i was getting married in 4 months and really wanted to have the malasma as light as possible) and Amy came up with a specific plan to minimize the size and darkness of the spots. I was there every 2-4 weeks and it worked wonderfully, you can barely see the malasma and I left there with my skin feeling and looking great. The delicate peels and vitamin treatments also made my acne scars fade. I truly can't say enough good things about this place, it is cozy, clean and modern and Amy is so knowledge and friendly. All "kidding" aside, stop in and you'll want absolutely everything in the shop. I mean all of it...even sweet Megi--the queen bee who taught me a thing or two about beeswax candles. Did you know that burning 100% pure beeswax candles can purify the air quality and allergens in your house? Though I was in the store yesterday, I couldn't get myself to write a review until I had the chance to try some of the beyond amazing soap samples I received from Megi. I smell so good, and my skin feels pure and soft. I now understand the value of using quality products. Their specialty handmade soap is a goat milk and honey soap. Not only is the bar they make so pretty and artistic to look at, it smells so good you'll want to eat it. Their products are small batch, and I think Megi told me some of the soaps take six weeks to cure, but don't quote me on that. They also carry Savon De Marseille soap from France. Apparently you won't find this soap anywhere in the area. If you've passed by this shop a million times and always wanted to stop in, just do it. There is parking out front or across the street, and after you pick up some soap you can head up the street for a cup of coffee at Arriva Dolce. It's totally worth it. Whether you need a gift or want a personal scrub soap for yourself, you can find it here. It opened in October at the North Bridge ships and it'll be open for a couple of more months I think. WinkyLux is a make-up store most known for their clear lipsticks that add a sheer colored tint to your lips. Or at least that's what I know it for. I didn't get to browse around at the makeup too much because we were on a time crunch and we really wanted to take pictures in their photo-op rooms. Luckily it wasn't busy when we went but the employees said on weekends they only let each group take about 2 min in each room. One girl took us to half the rooms and then another guy with glasses took us to the other half. The girl didn't really explain the makeup they were showcasing in the rooms or what the room was portraying but the guy did an excellent job! He also offered to take our pictures and hold our purses and if that isn't good service I don't know what is! Des was also a great part of the team; v cheery and energetic.
