The quality in the staff and the way the director Kyle manages the facility does not even compare to experiences before. Due to relocations we have used a two other facilities and an in home daycare in the past, and the consistently, quality and Outstanding curriculum have outshined Our previous experiences. I really appreciate the support they have given us and the way they run their business. Especially right now. I know we can trust them.

This center is family-focused, and there are always creative projects and activities to engage the kids. From the outside, this place make look "average". What makes this place unique is the focus on outdoor play, the use of everyday items to create awesome art work, the fact that every Teacher knows what is going on with my children at any point during the day, a great location (off of the main roads and bordering a nice wooded area), and the high energy, happy environment at all times. They follow all of the state educational curriculum, provide healthy meals and snacks, and adhere to all safety requirements. I am constantly recommending Jack 'n Jill to families; my experience has been outstanding.

This feels less like an oversight and more like a money grab--charging customers month after month while hoping no one notices or understands how to cancel. The website is misleading and lacks transparency about billing expectations. When I raised concerns, the manager showed no understanding. I would strongly recommend that parents carefully review all terms before allowing a teen to sign up and closely monitor billing afterward.
