The teachers are like family and genuinely care for all of the children. Each room and teacher has been reliable, structured, and fun-loving; a near impossible task. We transferred from another local day care center and could not be happier. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing local day care center that also offers UPK. Plus, being located in the same building as the market, bank, pharmacy, and post office is super convenient.

Pittsford Nursery School is his first school experience and the director and teachers provided him with a great step-wise introduction with incremental time spent at school both with and without parents/caregivers to ensure the best transition. He currently goes 2x/wk but next year (when he will be 4) we are considering both the 3-day and 5-day options. I love the flexibility they have to meet each child's needs to grow and learn intellectually, socially & emotionally in a warm & friendly environment.

I feel like everyone their goes and above and beyond and they feel like an extended part of our family. They are amazing with communication when I pick up my children. It makes me feel alot better knowing they are being so well cared for while I'm at work.

At the end of the day, their decisions are driven by profit -- not people. Families are treated like transactions, not members of a caring school community. There's little flexibility, no regard for individual circumstances, and past contributions of time, effort, or materials are conveniently overlooked when it doesn't serve their bottom line. The so-called "board" and "executive board" structure is a closed loop, with the same individuals making decisions unchecked. There is no transparency, no accountability, and certainly no empathy. We were forced into an unfair situation, only to watch them fill the spot immediately and profit off it again. If you want your child in a school led by thoughtful, reasonable, and genuinely community-minded people -- keep looking. This isn't it.
