When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. He indicated he would need to go to his truck to call his manager. He returned and said the job could be done for $2200. I, like a trusting and very tired old soul/fool said okay. The doorbell has not work and my money has not been returned, which I requested after two weeks of no action. I was referred to customer service and spoke with the "fast talking Customer Advocate (not a good title - should be Company). When I questioned the cost, the reply was that they charge by the job with no "breakdown of cost". Finally, after a month, I was offered the opportunity to have the technician return to my home to fix the problem or accept a $500 refund and sign a waiver. I chose neither since I did not find the company trustworthy and wanted the full amount of that which had been paid, $2271.00.

She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues. Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness! Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! She is incredibly punctual, kind, and overall just great customer service. Fair prices too.
