Our exact hinges are no longer manufactured and have very unique dimensions. My local handyman was at a loss for what to use to replace the broken hardware. Dan walked me step-by-step through the important measurements I needed to take to ensure that the alternative hinge options I considered would give me the most similar functionality and fit as the old hinges. This is despite the fact that I was from several states away (in Virginia) and could only ask questions through email. I would highly recommend Dan and this company for assistance with hardware for your next project. Kelly W.

Everyone was extremely helpful and seemed equally knowledgable on their products. I really liked the outdoor gardening section in particular this year. One particular worker saw us looking at patio furniture, asked if we needed help, and returned with the set we needed in less than five minutes, escorted us to check out, helped us locate the rebate section, and loaded everything into our car with a smile on his face and hardworking attitude. It made what is usually a trip I dread (hardware stores/furniture stores in general) easy and enjoyable. I'll be choosing Menards from now on. They sold me on that change today.
