When I hadn't heard from him a week after that date, he said he'd check on it and get "right back" to me. Again nothing and again he didn't return my message the next day. Luckily, I hadn't paid anything and have since found a screen online. I don't know if this is now typical of YB&D customer service. The salesman related the situation to the owner who in turn agreed to part with an amazing couch and I have somewhere to sit that allows me relief from the pain. This is one of the best and most wonderful retail establishments that I have ever set foot in. All that being said, we paid half of what we were looking for elsewhere and received a better product that also happened to be Made in America.
