We were brought to an exam room that was bright and comfortable with two oversized chairs for my wife and I to sit in and a throw rug on the floor for the puppy to play on. The exam table was folded up to the wall and was never needed, making it a much more comfortable visit. Dr. MacArthur sat on the floor with our puppy to examine her and make sure she was comfortable, which was a huge success. She patiently answered all of our questions, went through a list of things to keep an eye on, and even brought up emergency preparedness, which no other vet has done with us before for our other dog or past kitties. She talked through the vaccines in detail with us, including the optional ones, and with the help of her tech (Alex I think?), they came up with the most convenient and cost-effective way for us to get the vaccines and boosters managed. The cost of the visit was incredibly reasonable and it was a fantastic experience for us. We plan to transfer our other dog's care to there as our old vet is now too far away. We look forward to visiting again and getting to know the rest of the staff.

They were able to de-mat one of our Persians in less than 15 minutes using only treats, while our last vet said she needed a sedative. The FRONT END STAFF at both locations are the reason we stopped coming in. They are arrogant, RUDE, and talk crazy to people... zero customer service. To the point I no longer wanted to call this establishment or bring my pets in. They also put my pets name under a different persons name and told me I would have to contact the "owner" - a stranger-THEY put down on MY pets paperwork to have MY pet legally put under my name. I asked how this even happens and of course, got attitude and no answers. Which was actually crazy to me. The exam rooms also need to be thoroughly cleaned because every time I would come in there would be a smell in the room every single time and now that I'm thinking about it, my dog would always come home with a cough a day or two after visiting them, but doesn't do that with her new vet. I wish you could have the veterinarians come to your home to avoid their (insert choice word here) receptionists and exam rooms. I'll also add I get working with a general public can really wear you down to a certain point, but if you lack self-awareness and are just treating everyone like (insert choice word here) because you're insufferable, move on from the job. People are spending THOUSANDS a year on their pets care and all you get is an insufferable (insert again) as the barrier between your pets care. It's not worth it. They'll also actively gaslight you when you try to get clarity because they "note everything" which they will lie on you to avoid all accountability of how they talk and treat people. You also cannot get your pets medical records via email like every other vet, they make you physically come in and sign a release form. So basically every aspect of dealing with this establishment is as insufferable as their front end staff. Management clearly refuses to address their staff and how they treat people even when UNPROVOKED and speaking to them in a kind manner which is why I am upset. Because it's unnecessary. DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR FRONT END STAFF IF THEY ARE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS IN A HEIGHTENED STATE OF EMOTIONS WHEN THEIR PETS ARE SICK OR DYING. I could only imagine how awful it would be to process your animal being sick or dying and having to deal with those front end people. Oof.

They were patient, answered all my questions, and patiently assessed the situation and walked us through the next steps. Prescriptions were thoughtfully submitted where I needed them and anticipated all of our needs for what I consider a complex care situation. While I like my traditional veterinarian, the visits were too stressful for my ailing cat. I am extremely surprised to find that the veterinarian care received with the in-home visit by Dr. Villar exceeds my experience with my in-office veterinarian and advice received by my traditional veterinarian. Solutions were offered to me by Dr Villar that my traditional veterinarian never even suggested. Issues that I struggled to get my in-office veterinarians to understand were explained to me by Dr Villar before I even brought the issue up. This to me is the difference in experience! Further, the recommendations of Dr Villar are simple and cost-effective as compared to my in-office veterinarian who offered only the most expensive of options. Also, in comparison, my in-office veterinarians are younger and lack the abundantly apparent experience of Dr. Villar. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience! As for cost, this too, was very reasonable and I regret not finding him years earlier!

But while we were trying to figure out (me over the phone) what to do during our recent snow storm, Dr. Villar spoke to my husband, video chatted with him to see Gummie, and helped him decide to take her to our regular vet since they were open. I am very grateful for his help during an awful time and when the cat distribution system gives us another cat, I will use him for sure. Wonderful group.

I've had hit or miss experiences with vet specialists, and I was apprehensive about having to bring my pup to another specialist. Let me tell you- the team was great. Drs. Hollingsworth and Divita explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I never felt like they were upselling treatments to me (like I've felt at other clinics). They were patient, knowledge, personable, and caring. Logistically - parking was easy, my appointment started on time, and the check out process was fast.

BVNS saw Buster the next day. Figured Out he had tetanus and his diagnosis was guarded with a 50/50 chance of survival. The Vet, Dr. Bensfield gave me choices and even gave me a recommendation on what she would do when I asked her. She clearly explained the risks and possibilities of all options. I was very nervous to take my dog home, he had a feeding tube, his jaw was expected to lock so he couldn't open it and that he had a possibility of choking which could result in a fatal outcome. But, BVNS updated me often while he had surgery (even texted me pictures), they drove many hours to get an antitoxin from 3 different locations, they sat with him and rubbed his head while he received the antitoxin which took over 2 hours each time. They insisted I called daily with an update and they even called me many times. My dog is 10 and has never ever liked going to a vet. Buster now loves the vet! He was upset the other day when we didn't go inside and just had a check on his feeding tube Carside to ensure it wasn't infected. They fixed my dog when it seemed there wasn't a chance. They were so kind and caring, they were so happy to know each time he showed a new improvement. They loved my dog as much as my family does and I am so grateful for their help and everything they did for us! Although I do not know all of the veterinary assistants names and even the receptionists names...I will tell you that every single one of them was so kind and beyond caring. This whole clinic has the best staff I've ever seen of any business. Truly so incredibly grateful for my dogs recovery....

Midway through, two interviewers, Imani and Gao, began a lengthy discussion with each other regarding matters unrelated to the interview. This left me sitting in silence for an extended period. I was also asked questions unrelated to the position, including: "How has your boyfriend provided for you? What's his occupation?" "How did they hire Mexicans at your previous clinic?" "How many people were working in the back?" At one point, I was told that my written responses in the pre interview questionnaire stood out the most among all applicants. However, I was later informed I would not be selected because one of the three doctors preferred "straightforward answers" and felt my verbal responses during the interview did not meet that preference. It's no surprise they have remained understaffed for THREE YEARS. I am sharing this feedback to highlight concerns about professionalism, interview relevance, and potential inappropriate questioning during the hiring process. This entire experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and not a place I would trust with my pets or recommend to others.
