Love the team over there! Super helpful and friendly. Laid back and low key not high pressure at all. Had some fun with them, they helped me pick the right one for me and got me all set up. Financing was easy, pick up was smooth, I am VERY happy with my new baby!!! Her name is Candy

Bruce and the guys are absolutely amazing! They are very relaxed and don't make you feel pressured to buy. I felt like I got a great deal and loved supporting this small business. Go here- you won't be disappointed and it will be fun!

Vespa is the Rolls Royce of scooters, unfortunately most Vespa dealers don't come close but the Orlando dealer is the exception. This is the dealer that all Vespa dealers should be compared to. This dealer has a big showroom with a huge selection. All models and in almost ever color, plus a nice clean modern showroom. This dealer also features a first class repair shop. They have it all. The owners are real and real scooter enthusiasts. Kudos! Buy with confidence. Enjoy!

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've come to know that $3.50 a gallon is a decent price for a gallon of gas here in Orlando. Gone are the days of $.99 a gallon or even $2.75 a gallon which seemed astronomically high at the time. Thus, people are turning to alternative methods of transportation when traversing around the city. Most people face these options: cars, bicycles, and a limited public transit system. But there is another choice that many people are starting to make regardless of their age, sex or occupation....the scooter. So to abate my curiosity I headed to this Vespa dealer on Orange Ave. in Winter Park. Once I was inside chatting with the owner, I learned quite a bit about this motorized wonder. First, Vespa, a 60 year old Italian company, is the only scooter brand to be manufactured in steel and not plastic making them a durable investment. I also learned that you do not in fact need a motorcycle license to drive their more basic models and that surprisingly, it is legal not to have insurance and a helmet while riding here in Florida. And drum roll please...they get about 75 mpg and only require a 2.5 gallon tank. So for about $6 you can fill up! I was enlightened even more during my time there which I should mention was fairly quick--exactly what I was hoping for. The salesmen didn't try too hard nor did he keep me there longer than I wanted to be. The showroom isn't very large in part due to the shiny and bright Vespas neatly lined up side by side. Sometimes they have used ones for sale, but that isn't always the case. In the back, they have a registered technician who services the Vespas should they need it. They will also let you test drive one and give you your first lesson free. Plus, should you purchase a scooter, they will take care of the details you most likely won't have time for such as the taxes, title and registration. Overall, I was impressed with my trip to Vespa Orlando and should I decide to jump on the bandwagon of scooter people, I will head back here.

These guys are great. You won't regret buying a Vespa nor having it serviced here. I have been a loyal and satisfied customer since 2007.

In about ten minutes someone from the shop came over to tow the scooter and repaired it in house for me.

I contacted them today, spoke with "Paul" several times in parts. I am in need of a few parts for my bike, and NOONE has them in stock ANYWHERE. Trust me, I tried. He literally said he would check, and try to locate them for me. We hung up, and I honestly kinda figured wasn't gonna happen. PAUL IS THE MAN. I have spoken with him three times today, and he is searching for them high and low. This earned my business, regardless of the parts, for all servicing and parts, and probably my next bike. Would love to get the parts, NEED the parts; but the fact that a business nowadays will try to actually do business beyond "we don't have any" is AWESOME, I say this because I spoke to EVERY RE Dealer in Florida, and tried 15 websites, even Ebay. You guys rock and thanks!! Hope Paul can pull it off!!

I bought a used 2019 Ducati Monster 797 from Ducati Orlando / RiderMarket and specifically asked…read morethe salesman once and called service twice, whether the bike had been serviced, whether the major scheduled services including the valve/Desmo service had been done. I was told all three times that service had checked it out and that everything was good to go. There were problems as soon as I got the bike home, an independent mechanic diagnosed a clogged rear fuel injector. The injector had to be removed, ultrasonically cleaned, tested, and reinstalled to fix the unaddressed problem the bike had prior. I found a public review from 2 months before my purchase of the same bike having immediate fuel-related problems during a prior sale before it was returned (Howie). I then bought the bike two months later and experienced the same unfixed fuel-related defect. In the intervening 2 months between the failed sale and the sale to me, the issue was unaddressed but sold as "good to go". When I later pushed for records, the dealership sent a single repair order from almost a year earlier, but it did not list the valve / Desmo service I had specifically asked about before purchase. I also found that the dash service indicators for the desmo service and the oil had been reset on the date of the RO, but the dealership did not provide matching documentation showing that the actual valse service had been performed. I did not expect the bike to be perfect, but I expected much more than this. This bike was represented as serviced and ready to ride, while the records and timeline raise serious questions about whether that was true. I liked David and the sales people and have no complaints there, but there is a serious issue here. I expected a higher standard from an authorized Ducati dealer.

That same day I was told it had already been sold, but they had the same model available in blue and white (bait). It wasn't my preferred color, but it didn't look bad, and they offered to work on the price and include a trailer, so I agreed to come in on Saturday. On Thursday they called me repeatedly asking if I could come in that same day, even "jokingly"suggesting I cancel a personal appointment. On Friday, the manager, Ben, texted me asking for my information to "start the process." I made it clear I preferred to handle everything in person and review the numbers first before anything else.On Saturday Ben texted me asking me if I was coming. I said I was on my way, coming from Kissimmee. After driving 1 hour and 45 minutes, I arrived and Oliver told me the Jet Ski had been sold. Unbelievable. They tried to show me other options that I had no interest in, either because of the price or the color. I came for a specific unit that I was told would be available for $13,500.Then Oliver showed me a 2026 model for $17,500. When I asked for a breakdown, the total came out to $25,000 after all the crazy fees i didnt know exist. That was shocking. I asked to speak with the manager, Ben, to explain my frustration and why I was leaving upset, and he became hostile and defensive, even raising his voice in front of my kid. I asked to end the conversation right there because my 8-year-old son was with me, and I didn't want him to witness that kind of behavior, i did walk away. The lack of professionalism and respect from the manager speaks volumes. Then 3 minutes after i drive away he called me from this number +1 (386) 218-0508 to apologize for his behavior, stating he didn't know anything about what was going on, so he asked me to come back so he could make me a good deal. I said right now I don't feel good after what just happened ((he's a lucky man he still has his job and I'm not in jail)). I will not be returning to this place. If you no longer have the product a customer is asking about, stop that calling and pushing them to come in just to try to sell something else(BAIT). My time and gas are valuable, and I was there with my young son when I could have been anywhere else.Very disappointing experience. Here are the 4 numbers that were either texting me or calling me: (386) 218-0508 (386) 855-8604 (386) 564-8949 (386) 260-2052
