He also installed two new electrical receptacles. One receptacle he hardwired prior to installing a new wall-mounted towel warmer. Using cameras to ensure no damage to other structures behind the wall, he installed an additional receptacle to accommodate a bidet toilet, which he'll install in the coming weeks. In the kitchen, he replaced cracked Jerusalem limestone floor tiles with new ones and retiled the two step-ups into the room. He also made welding repairs to metal railings in our modern home. All of his work was performed skillfully and expeditiously with careful attention to detail. His rates are very reasonable, given the high quality of workmanship and level of expertise he provides. He and his crew were always very respectful, courteous and honest. Johnny was easily accessible by email, text and phone, even during off hours. He's a natural problem-solver who was able to find creative ways of managing plumbing, tiling, and electrical hurdles that other contractors told us were insurmountable.
