It took a really long time for them to serve me my iced strawberry matcha drink. And even longer for the food. It was also hard to tag her down, and she seemed pretty annoyed that we had to ask her for multiple items. We were a party of 2 and she only gave us one set of items. I went again by myself the next day to see if it was better service and it was pretty packed. I've done both to go and stay, and I love the cups they serve the drinks in. Their matcha and cold brew are my usual go-tos, but what makes this place so exceptionally special is that it's also a cultural shop, selling and showcasing Tibetan craft goods and culture to the younger generation - something you don't really see much, especially being in the largest Tibetan diaspora in the US. Plenty of good seating, and I especially appreciate the signs on some tables that enforce no laptops or other forms of media to minimize loitering, which you'll see all the time at certain tables.

The decor is fun and pays homage to Colombian culture which I appreciated. Their specials menu had an Iced Banana Latte which is totally up my alley so I decided to try it. I usually get a latte with a syrup and I assumed this was exactly that - a banana syrup. Unfortunately, it was more like a frappe where the espresso, banana, and milk was blended together. I think it's misleading to call it a latte as it wasn't what I was expecting. And for ~$9, I just expected more richness from the espresso but the milk was just overpowering. Even based on the appearance, it was very milky/foamy rather than coffee or banana-forward. If I find myself back here, I'll probably go for their classic coffees instead.

I think maybe because the this was sitting chilled/refrigerated for a while the top craquelin layer wasn't quite crispy anymore, though it looked nice. Personally it was a bit too much regular whipped cream, would've preferred more of a taro pastry cream. - mango pudding with fresh mango $6.50 mango flavor in the pudding was light though it was a nice tease of flavor. The texture was on the firmer side for puddings. The mangos were a bit oxidized though tasted ok, maybe glaze them or do something to maintain the color?
