I ordered this bag from Versace directly. The craftsman ship on this bag was horrific! How dare your company call it's self high end only using the highest of quality??!!! Had the bag literally 2 days and it fell apart. Michael kors has acquired the brand and clearly quality is not longer part of Versace's good name. The new j c holding company who own the two brands clearly takes advantage of its clients. The customer service was horrific! Absolutely no resolution because I wasn't famous enough or rich enough to care about! That's ok you don't know how much is in my account nor do you know the businesses I own. All I can say is STAY AWAY! Versace is not what it once was! Quality is horrendous and the way customer service treats people is unacceptable: I will never purchase again and I highly recommend you find another designer. Do better Michael Kors and JC holdings. Great service deserves a review. I stopped by the Versace store yesterday to order a scarf thinking it wouldn't be available in the Tyson Galleria area (website listed it not available). Donatella greeted me quickly and after showing her the picture of the scarf, she immediately said, "We have it here." I was extremely excited. Interesting how many poor reviews this store has due to snobby service. We didn't experience that at all, but I literally saw NOTHING in the store that I liked. Everything looked like it was straight out of the 90s, and not in a good way. Do people really wear this flashy, gaudy stuff and call it fashion? Trying way too hard. I prefer not to be a walking advertisement for a designer. The only MAYBE for me was a pair of puffy white boots. Actually, had I tried them on, I probably would've taken then home with me. The man saw a couple of things that he liked, which I actually liked, too--and had to get special ordered. So I bought a pair of Mules/Sandals for my friend birthday in May. She wore it once and the sole of the shoe melted off. So we can back to the store and asked for some help. They were nice enough to replace the pair of shoes. My friend wore it again once and we had the same problem. So we brought it back to the store to ask for store credit because she didn't want a shoe that would fall apart after wearing them once. No what you expect for a $800 shoe. We spoke with the manager and was told that all they could do for us is to send it out for repair. I can't believe that's all a fashion house like Versace can do. That this is their only policy for a good customer? They have lost me as a customer for life and I will never recommend getting anything from them to any of my friends or family. Beautiful store: all black with recessed lighting and a glowing sunglass wall that grabs your attention from the outside. When I entered, a gentleman in a fine black suit greeted me. I wandered to the very limited men's clothing section where i was waited hand-and-foot by an extrodinarily helpful young woman of whom's name escapes me. I wish I could give this store a good review. Unfortunately, I cannot for there is a miserable selection in all categories, except for sunglasses. The men's section is the worst; mostly consisting of a dozen sale items in the back in large sizes. Women have some trendy dresses, a few cute shoes, and a couple of stunning silk scarves. There is nothing here you would not find at a fine department store. Versace needs to take a hint from stores like Hermes and expand the selection to reflect the area's demographics. read more

Had a good amount of mainline with a large amount of collection pieces mixed in and a nice selection of bags and accessories. There was also plenty of Collection pieces for both men and women. I wanted to get my love something that she could wear all the time so jewelry was it. I didn't see a lot of girls wearing Versace jewelry so I decided to get her something a little different. I purchased a bracelet for the love of my life from here as a just thinking of you gift. The sales representative was so helpful and he was great at recommending a bracelet. Customer service here is excellent. They were short staffed but I was still attended to and helped promptly. She loved the bracelet and after a few months unfortunately it broke. It was obviously defective because there was no damage to the bracelet or signs of abuse. I brought it in and the sales representative apologized for the defect. He pulled up my sales invoice and gave me a new one. That was easy! He apologized for the inconvenience and reassured me that was one of the most popular bracelets, they never have had any issues. Customer service is everything nowadays and Versace doesn't cut you short on that. Props to the staff here they are all super! read more

As I was shopping online for some new accessories, I came across a tie that was on sale at Versace. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it. So the following day, I went to the Versace in Tysons Galleria and I must say I loved it. David, the gentleman working there was extremely helpful for helping me find the tie I wanted. Sure enough, a couple seconds later, I bought the tie. As he was ringing up the tie, we started to discuss the store and some of the items there. From walking into the store to walking out, I can say that while it is on the more expensive side, you pay for the experience, customer service, and overall quality of material.
