    A day in the life as a 5 year resident at Inspira…read more I wake up, open the blinds to let the sun shine in my living room, along with my view of the fountain on the preserve. I enjoy my coffee on the balcony, and just relax. If I don't want to make the coffee, I stroll to the clubhouse to enjoy a designer cup, such as Espresso, Latte, tea, etc. I then head up to the gym, which is always clean, and work out in a quiet atmosphere, occasionally sitting on the balcony overlooking the magnificent, resort style pool area. Cabanas, hammocks, palm trees, and a private grill area. How fortunate I feel!! As the day goes on, I look at the event calendar, and check to see my options. Yoga nights, " Wine Down Wednesdays", various international food nights, and, of course Holiday cheer!!!! I have a dog, and I walk him on the grounds, and, take him to our dog park. We have made many friends there!!! And, although I don't play Pickle Ball, my family visits to enjoy playing on our well kept grounds. But, perhaps the most important to me is the warm staff that I sometimes visit, just to stay "Hello"....It's such a wonderful feeling to know I can walk downstairs and chat with them. I am so very grateful that I have found my new home, kind folks, sweet children, and all the beauty the Florida has to offer!!!!~

    new ***warnig***warning***…read moreplease be careful if you decide to lice here....this people are gling to try to take advantage ejen you leave the apartments and even worse if you decide to move out*** i lived there for 2 1/2 years, always pay on time snd kept the apartment in perfect conditions even though they have sone issues. long story short is that i pit a claim because some areas had mildew in the roof they clean superficially but appeared again, put the claim again and we scheduled a "special treatment where nobody can be at the apartment" i decided to move out and paid the penalty for breaking the contract, talking to the manager he asked me rescheduled the "special treatment" because hurricane helene passes sept 26th 2024 when the work was scheduled to be completed and i programmed the moving for the sept 28th 2024. when i gave the apartment keys back the property manager told me with some other witnesses that my apartment was in perfect conditions because he knew how i was. guess what? 2 months later i found out a debt of $5,000 sent to collection, the emailed me i never saw the email, they never called me nothing. as soon as i received that letter i went there and he told me that it was because of the mildew and ot was my fault because the air conditioning was set on and not auto -a complete lie- because i never had the ac on, they took a picture of that but the apartment was already in their hands and they did it to have "proves"... be careful take pictures of everything before during and after haven them sign papers because for sure at the end they are going to charge you for anything. i found out a bunch of reviews with similar situations. i am taking this seriously because i can not pay for something that is their responsibility and that it was going to be done but unfortunately couldn't be done because they rescheduled it and i decided to move out in that moment. my parents used to live with me in that moment and they are also affected because of the mildew and now with the collection sent under their names and mine. never had a balance or pending payment i paid $5,000 to leave before the contract and now they want $5,014 more from me. this is crazy and violates any law and it crosses the limits, it's a fraud, scam....please be carefull**** i do not recommend anyone to live there*** this is serious, it is not a joke. i have never ever had a problem there and ehen i walked out i left the apartment intact and in perfect conditions as always i have done it. *******just be c a r e f u l l please***

    Incompetent. Unorganized. Disinterested…read more We moved in to a property managed by Vesta several months ago. Just about every interaction with them has been unpleasant and unprofessional. They have sent us to the wrong office to pick up key fobs, then didn't have any when we finally went to the correct office. The have failed to update registration with the security company, so our guests have been detained at the gate sometimes and turned away altogether at others. They have been notified in great detail of these issues, and ignored our requests for action. I'm not sure how this company continues to find victims/clients with a 1 star review rating, but do yourself a favor and find a company that can fulfill simple requests. You'll be sorry you didn't when you can't get into your own security gate.

Our property manager is in a relationship with the board president and ever since I addressed the issue Over a year ago I have been bullied and treated terrible ever since. Well past the complaint expiration and me letting it go I am still met with Passive aggressive bullying by the board president along cohort. Im not the only resident to complain try calling the Vesta office and they act like they are doing you a favor! Our property manager will brazenly speak out to you to the point of feeling uncomfortable living there all while he fraternizes with the board. Other management companies with better customer service and higher standards.

I gave it one star because I didn't like the way I was treated at the end of the lease. I had the lease for one year, I stayed in the apartment for 11 months, but I had to move due to new job opportunity, I gave the guy who I signed the lease with (Perry) a notice of one month and two weeks that I was leaving and if he could give me the last month and the security deposit back. So on June 31st I gave him the keys and he was happy with how I left the apartment and told me that he will send me a check for last month and deposit ( I have a text to prove this), so I trusted what he said. two weeks later as I keep checking my mail for the check, it was never sent and it was that he had switched the numbers on my new address and the postal returned the letter back. I waited a third week and finally, I got the check but it was only for the deposit. I contacted Signal Real Estate office and sent them the text saying I was going to get the full amount, they couldn't say anything and told me to talk to Perry, so I did that and I was calls and texts are ignored and his voicemail isn't excepting messages......... I guess prayers work, a month later I received the check for that last month. If it wasn't for this money hassle I would've given them a 5 star for the cleanness of the place and how I was kindly treated when I was signing the contract and when I was leaving lol.

    Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.
