During my stay, I appreciated some of the team--especially Chuck, who remains incredibly helpful, and Nico from maintenance. However, many aspects that once made this community enjoyable have changed significantly. The welcoming feel has faded since Rebecca and Henry, who really understood customer service, were replaced by Chantal and Abby. Since they joined, the overall service and communication from the front office have both gone downhill. It once took 11 days for them to respond to a basic email. On multiple occasions they've provide false/incorrect info. It's wild how many of my neighbors specifically notated the change in personnel and management being the reason for their departures. Turnover is rampant here. As of November 2024, they had 20+ units available for leasing, which is a horrible sign in the middle of busy season. There are a large number of units in buildings 4 and 5 now being leased to and occupied by workers from Mediterra and Arthrex. Even while these companies are leasing 20+ units across multiple buildings, the community still has an additional 20 units open. That means turnover here is astronomical. Additionally, there have been some strange incidents that reflect poorly on management's oversight. For instance, random dogs have been seen running loose around the property at 1 a.m., barking non-stop creating an unsafe environment. One neighbor allowed his dog to defecate and urinate INSIDE his unit for months before any action was taken, creating a horrible smell and a clear health concern. (They re-rented that same unit weeks later... ewww) There have also been random times when the police were called for noise disturbances (since this is the action the office tells you to take) adding to the sense of disorder. I have always lived in Greystar buildings and planned to continue, however, because of Abby specifically, her continued false statements behaviors, and the lack of service provided on behalf of Greystar, I wouldn't return to a Greystar building in the future. It's disappointing that the level of service no longer meets the standard anyone would expect from Greystar properties. Greystar should be thoroughly ashamed of this property and its, at best, dubious and unsavory business practices.

The amenities are beyond impressive: the most beautiful and clean pool I've ever seen in a rental community, miniature golf, bowling, billiards, a golf simulator, Kids Park, Communit Garden, Car Wash, Fire pits, two dog parks, BBQ grills, lakefront walking and biking trails, Allura bikes, multiple kitchen and entertaining spaces, and TVs everywhere. But the heart of Allura is the management team. They go above and beyond! Hosting monthly community events and bringing in food trucks almost every Friday, which truly makes this place feel like a neighborhood and not just an apartment complex. It's safe, peaceful, and full of great energy. I honestly stay in my Allura bubble because everything I love is right here.

This…read moreapartment is the WORST place I have ever lived and the absolute WORST management company I have ever rented from. I should have known I made a mistake when the maintenance man told me what shitty, overpriced apartments these were during the first week of living here. During our conversation he told me that someone had just killed themselves in an apartment that had to be cleaned up and he also told me not to trust anyone in the apartment and that the cops frequented the community. During our time living here I found that to be true when I saw the police here more than 10 times and even once right next door to us when they came to check on our lovely neighbors who did nothing but drink all day, sit outside and scream at each other and smoke cigarettes. Upon moving in to the apartment I found multiple cockroaches, bugs and dust and dirt all over every corner and baseboard. All of the screws inside of the cheap kitchen cabinets were covered in rust. The carpet was obviously not professionally cleaned before we moved in because it still had stains on it as well as hardened nail polish. I spent hours cleaning this place before I felt comfortable moving in our belongings. It took an entire MONTH of living here before we had a working washer and dryer, and after a year the dryer only "works" if you complete the 70 minute cycle two times to dry the clothes. Since we've lived here I've seen multiple cockroaches and at one point we had fleas because management allowed the abandoned apartment next door to become infested with fleas and neglected to take care of it for months after it was abandoned. Our air conditioning broke and it took over a week (yes, in 100 degree heat) before they addressed the issue because management is so disorganized an doesn't know how to communicate with the maintenance team. They said they they would bring a portable air conditioning unit to us and conventionally "forgot" about it for two days. Nice. After three more weeks the air conditioner was finally properly repaired. This is not a non-smoking community and we were basically surrounded by multiple apartments that reeked of smoke and there were tons of children around. Nice. When you aren't smelling cigarette smoke your hallways will smell like dog pee from the people who let their dogs pee wherever they want. The garbage area is constantly overflowing with trash and it smells awful. There are always piles of abandoned furniture sitting by the trash for weeks at a time as well and it's an eye sore. If you want to use the pool be prepared to see a bunch of people who don't even live there that come and park to use the pool and then get back in their cars and drive away. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! Spend a little more time looking for another apartment and I guarantee you will find one that you'll feel satisfied spending money on every month.

There is pest control provided and paid for by the owner's condo fee. Interior condo maintenance is the responsibility of the owner that a tenant may be renting from. Each unit is assigned a parking space. I have been living here for over 4 years and have not experienced any of the problems reflected in some of the reviews. I like it here and think that it is a good value at this price point. Update: New building roofs as of March 2019. Carports are being replaced beginning in March 2019.

Jim, in the front office is one of the meanest people I've ever met. I've been followed and harassed for years. I've been harassed so much that I'm moving and almost doubling my rent. You're not allowed to have pets, guests, (only four times a year), which also means your not allowed to date because you can't have a car that's not yours in the community and God forbid a guest use the amenities without you being present. I even got chased down during the middle of the day because I had a friend over with a motorcycle. I was accused of trying to sneak him in, mind you this man had his own house and didn't need to sneak into my community at 3 o' clock in the afternoon. Ive had multiple neighbors move out because of him. The girl next doors fiancé was towed because he didn't live here. When she went to the office to approach Jim, she was told, verbatim "That's why single moms shouldn't live here" I've never in my life lived in a community where the guy in the front office has made me cry multiple times. Jim is forgetting he's not in NYC anymore and he's not a police officer. If he'd like to harass people. Go work where there is crime!

My girlfriends condo has a cute little enclosed deck from which we have a beautiful view of the lake and fountain that the condo complex surrounds. The pool here is my favorite part. Beautiful pool with a hot tub and a great little tiki bar. So much fun to weather a storm out underneath the tiki bar. If you ever get a chance to rent or visit a friend here, I recommend it! The area of Naples that Key Royal is in, has a plethora of delicious restaurants. We love exploring all the different places to eat around here. I'd recommend Parmesan Petes and also Maguro Japanese. If you're staying here and are looking to order in, try Joey D's Italian and pizza or China Gourmet. Joey D's serves a great pie and also has reasonably priced chicken dishes. Great place to take a run and then hit the pool afterwards. Fishing is allowed in the lake which is pretty cool!

Located minutes from 1-75 and near Pine Ridge and Airport Pulling, the location puts you near shopping centers and several grocery stores. If you want to hit the beach you are only 10-15 minutes to several beach locations. Downtown 5th Avenue in Naples is only 15-20 minutes away. Miami is about a 2 hr drive down 75. Here's a major point...Since the coast of Florida is susceptible to the occasional major tropical storm or hurricane you want someplace safe. Durning Ian (2022) The Arium sustained little water damage (ponds overflowed a bit) and only lost power for one day. By the following afternoon, it was business as usual, while those closer than us had some severe damage. This area is considered "B" Zone and is about as close as you can get to the coast without the worry of storm damage. Something to think about if you want to be able to enjoy the area amenities and not have too big of a worry about storms.
