What an absolute nightmare and sorry excuse for an apartment complex. I lived here for four years and the last year I got a neighbor who would leave his music blasting past 11pm. I tried everything. I called the office, they told me to call the non emergent police department. They'd come and he'd turn it back up once they left. I went over myself one day and he proceeded to belligerently exclaim he had guns and wasn't afraid to use them. The office did nothing. At that point, my two bed two bath became a one bed one bath. I was forced to sleep in my guest bedroom to have any shot a sleep each night since his music vibrated my master bedroom walls. Consequently, I decided to move out asap. I left a month early but called two days after I left. The office told me that my apartment looked good but I'd be charged a water bill and sent the remaining money from my deposit. I'm sorry, what water? I haven't been there all month. Okay, whatever, I just let that go. Well, today I get my deposit and there's $120 cleaning fee ALSO taken out of it. For what? I was JUST told by staff my apartment was left clean and no additional charges (outside the questionable water bill) would be taken from my deposit. This doesn't even scratch the surface of what happened through the four years but I'm just here to tell you, if you're thinking about moving in, don't. Save yourself. Save your money. The grounds are pretty but that's it. Nobody knows what they're doing, inside of the apartments are shotty and terribly put together. Maintainence has walked in my apartment while I was in the shower. Absolutely, undoubtedly, RUN don't walk away from ever signing a lease here. read more

I thought I'd add to the conversation on the living conditions of river reach. My bf and I lived here for two years one of those years during covid. The entire time we lived there I couldn't breathe well. Not even my air purifier helped and im convinced it was mold. For anyone who doesn't know the apartments here used to be low income housing decades ago. Pretty sure it's been there for almost 30-40 years, so I've heard. What I'm really trying to get to honestly is the experience we had with multiple species of cockroaches infesting our apartment. They were coming up the walls from the unit below. I had to have a fireman tell me this after I watched him wipe off his boot after getting called to the older couple that lived underneath us. This wasn't the first time they were called to help the older gentleman up from the floor but I'll never forget what he said to me. Basically that they can't keep coming back here to help up this man when he's falling because of the living conditions. They had been living amongst animal feces and trash. I was imaging hoarders to be honest... truly the sweetest lady and her cat lived there also but THATS WHERE THE ROACHES WERE COMING FROM. A fireman had to tell me that I need to call the county and get that place cleaned out because it was inhabitable. I went to the office and then two days later there were three servapro vans and people with full body hazmat suits on cleaning it out. Didn't help the roaches it had to of been years... Every morning I would turn on the kitchen light and have to kill six or so with a rag before they ran away. Once there was a dead one in my coffee cup and the worst was one a living MASSIVE roach crawled on my hand while I was napping on the couch and later saw it running across the floor. Still the biggest roach I've ever seen. One time an irate neighbor turned off our AC unit outside. Good thing we had a cold front but we had no idea until maintenance showed up and said this was definitely intentional LOL OKAY WAIT ONE MORE THING. there was a whole ass murder that happened while we lived here. A man was executed sitting right in his van. Okay I'm done now. Just don't live here. Whatever you do. Don't let the surrounding area fool you. Also the private jets that fly out of the airport literally shake the apartment. I can still hear my wine glasses raddling. read more

I could honestly write a full essay on how horrible this place is run and how it just is so I'll give you the main points. Health 1/10: don't ever bring your animal they hire the cheapest people off craigslist of the day and it's always some new absolutely horrible chemical that will hurt your dogs health or damage their nose. AC ducts and ventilation have mold be sure you check. ALSO check that your building has a ventilation as my building didn't have ventilation for a whole year MY AC BILL WAS 400! After months of complaining they finally got it done and my bill struck down to 160 and they told me very quickly that the ventilation has nothing to do with the AC Staff 2/10 they hire young people give them promises and fire them every few months because they make them do unbelievable things. Like they used the guy who was helping me with my ventilation issue and he even said it was a problem then they fired him just a few days after then claiming They can't find the paperwork DO YALL THINK PEOPLE ARE DUMB ?? A really funny one was when they hired some cheap idiot to pressure wash the stairways and he did such a bad job mine ended up dirtier and the next day River Ridge tried to send me $100 fine for it ITS COMICAL! Oh don't go in the pools 5 gallons of chlorine a day not even safe to go in And I'll save the best for last The manager of River Ridge is an absolute cheapo scammer girl. When I first signed up I got my friend completely moved in and signed up with River Ridge I brought her to the office sign the paperwork helped her and when it was time for River Ridge to give me my credit for getting someone moved in they made a fuss about it talking about they don't see the paperwork again when I was literally just talking to their faces AND EVEN WORSE I did it again towards me moving out about to get somebody moved in and when I did that they try to take away my statement of me saying I was moving out that month and try to charge me for a whole extra month of rent STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE SO MANY BETTER PLACES MY BEST MOVE WASMOVING OUT read more

The ladies in the office were very nice and quick to help me when I showed for my tour, the one who helped me was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The model apartment I was shown was very nice and looked like a great place to live, they told me they'd just redone the ground floor units and it felt fresh. When I left, I felt confident that this was the place for me. HOWEVER...as soon as the paperwork was signed, everything changed. The unit I was assigned was night and day from the model, I'd stop short of calling it a bait-and-switch but it wasn't what I expected, maybe my expectations were too high. The renovation included them painting over an exposed breaker next to the thermostat, installing a door lock that was too far out of alignment to engage, and no hot water. What wasn't beyond simple expectations was that the unit would have been cleaned before hand, there was dust on the floors, spiderwebs in the corners, and faint stains on the walls. I went back to the office and talked to the rep I'd been working with to tell her about the hot water and that the cleaning crew hadn't done the work or it had slipped through the cracks and she assured me they'd go back through. (She was great the entire time, always there if I had a question.) That was a Friday morning and, when I came back Sunday afternoon, the water heater had been fixed but the unit hadn't been cleaned. Shortly after I arrived, I noticed the floor of the laundry room was wet and the water heater leaking onto the floor. I called the emergency maintenance number and, to their credit, they were there within 60-90 minutes. My misgivings got the better of me, I decided to cut my losses and leave, Suddenly, management couldn't be reached. I would call and leave my info with the ladies in the office and, sometimes, the property manager would get back to me in an hour or two or, sometimes, I'd have to call back the next day. I got a confusing explanation of how much I owed, paperwork that I had to have a 3rd party explain to me, and I asked for an itemized statement no less than 3 times which was ignored. All in all, this was an extremely unpleasant lesson that I paid through the nose to learn. I'm glad to be done read more

They are prompt if you inquire about a tour. There were a group of ladies in the office when I walked in and everyone stared at me. I introduced myself and stated who I requested the tour with. She took my license and left in on the desk in plain sight for anyone to see, photocopy, take, etc...what would have happened if we went back and it was gone??? Yes, I have a valid passport, ss card, birth certificate, but I just renewed it in person and upgraded to a Real ID, plus sold my condo. finally - because if I live in New England, I NEED a garage and fireplace. Hence, why I am currently in Naples, FL staying warm minus the recent cold freeze. OK, back to the review...that was a major turn off (the license situation). I suppose that would have been a sign if I listened to my gut to leave at that point. Pro's: beautiful grounds, tennis, 2 pools, kayaks, more, on the water; some group activities; good for dog people; prompt quotes for various lengths of stay from 6 months (highest), decreasing price as length of stay increased to (15-18 months - same price). Cons: the 2bd, 2ba nicely decorated apartment was the only unit you were able to view. The available unit looked dark and dreary from the outside & there is absolutely no control over neighbor noise and dog barking unless you buy your own device and it works through walls, but I would never want to harm an animal or do something that bizarre. This was why I sold my condo after ~15 years mainly - noise and dog barking.). They would not bring you to the gym nor allow you to go inside it Extremely crowded buildings and parking. Seems like little oversight and other reviews of people who actually lived there were eye-opening as far as condition of units and maintenance. I guess if a person or family were stuck for a place, it could do for 6 months. It may be suitable for someone who likes that type of place with tons of people in small quarters - kind of like a college dorm except entrance is from outside. Oh, also, if you have to leave early, you have to give 60 days notice plus pay 2 months rent. I have never rented before well, except this month so 1/1/23 I am now a renter for one month. I have always been an owner, so I am just learning these types of things and also learning about being a landlord, writing leases and renter guidelines, etc. for family properties. It's all fun and good to take time off of work to learn new things and enjoy the warmth and friendly people in Southwest Florida. It is probably a good time to get back to work though as projects in my field usually begin in January! Happy 2023 everyone! read more

I could write a book about this place, however I will keep it as short and sweet as possible for those who are truly looking to live here. Yes, this is probably one of the cheaper yet somewhat nicer apartment complexes located in Naples Florida. However, even though there are some pros, there are many cons. The apartment itself looked good from far, but it was far from good. The longer you live there, the more you realize they put band-aids over EVERYTHING. The kitchen and cabinets are awful quality and peal and are a total half-ass job. The shower would peel everyday more and more because all they do is paint white over the top. On top of the shower continuing to peel there would be black gunk and disgusting mold that would come out of the walls no matter what you did to clean it! And that same black gunk would come out of the sinks and the shower sometimes! Even after complaining about it, and nothing was done. Gross! When I would call to get maintenance done, it would take WEEKS and MULTPLE calls to finally get someone over to fix something, and even when they would "fix" it, it would still be broken a day later! I one time had to wait over 2 WEEKS to get my toilet to properly flush in my ONE BEDROOM apartment. I would have to fill the water in the back EVERYTIME just to flush it. & then would have to wait weeks for my shower water pressure to be fixed. & when I would call to talk about it all that would happen is they would apologize and tell me someone would come, when no one did! Not that everything is about money, but how about a small discount off of my $1,700.00 rent for not fixing anything on time? They would continue to raise the rent by $200.00 on a years lease & for what? You have done nothing but decline in service and quality of the apartment itself and the amenities. Lastly, I received my security deposit and had charges that didn't make sense to me. I called to inquire about them, perhaps I was missing something. However, they continued to charge me $250+ for carpet replacement, and yet another $125.00 for pet treatment to the carpet due to pet urine, when I never even owned a pet or had one at my apartment! When I called to ask about it, they said it smelled of urine when they went through the place. (I will note that I had moved out of the apartment 3 weeks prior to my lease end date, meaning the apartment had been vacant for that long, probably the smell of it sitting there for so long, we had cleaned the place head to toe before leaving) & continued to tell me they would send images they took. How are you going to prove a smell with a photo??? Also why am I being charged to clean the carpet when you are supposedly removing the carpet? I could really go on and on about how awful the service is here, however I will leave it with these key notes. The ladies were always kind in the office, and I know they are just doing their job, but overall the management of this company and the apartment complex is AWFUL. Only benefit is it is chill and in a central location. Otherwise, would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Hope this can help someone in their apartment searching, based off of seeing their 2.5 star and abundance of 1 start reviews shows I was definitely not the only one to receive poor service. 1. On their Facebook page you will notice the 'reviews' tab has been disabled. Yes. Business pages can do this and it's a proactive move to try to have less negative exposure. Always beware of any company that deactivated the review tab :( 2. The property presents somewhat well but be prepared for hidden and inflated costs . e.g Pet fee in addition to pet rent!! Seriously - is there child rent?! 3. You will have neighbors whose rent is literally 5-700$ less than yours because they got a 'special' and you will be offsetting that. My neighbor pays 1525 and I pay over 2100 for same floor plan. 4. You will pay extra for a parking space, water 5. Make sure the unit you secured or that you were showed is the unit you are getting. The new management has made their presence known with Follow up phone calls, questions, email communications and sending maintenance out PRONTO! The new manager has taken time to know residents and presents as one who will listen to feedback, and then follow through with action! The security at the boat landing has increased. The quality of Maintenance crew has increased. The garbage valet services has greatly improved. There seems to be an overall increase in staff, morale and camaraderie, not to mention respect towards each other, and the people who live here. When the manager is out of the office, their replacement knows what they are doing! We are impressed and pleased to sign a third lease! WELL DONE RIVER REACH MANAGEMENT AND TEAM! I moved to River Reach in August of 2021. During this time I had 25 work orders for the apartment, mold in air handler and under sink, electrical, water damage, cabinet doors falling off, cock roach issue, list goes on. The maintenance is worst ever no one is certified to do anything they replaced the 30 amp breaker with 40 amp, which could've caused a fire, no dryer vent hose. The soffit is falling down and they will not fix it. Then the property mgr treats you rudely when you do have a complaint. I would not move there, look elsewhere for the money they charge. I have been here almost a year and agree it is gem of a place. I have always had prompt response to any maintenance issue. Staff are friendly and the grounds and common areas, pools, are always clean. Someone said we get a perk for good reviews and I do not think that is true. Just keep in mind that it is dog-friendly, and there are a lot of them, but that is just a minor detail of barking dogs - and cannot be controlled by management - although they will address complaints. I have lived in River Reach for four years and left in July of 2018. I wish my review could be positive: I enjoyed living in the complex and was never bothered by poor neighbors or other problems. Unfortunately, River Reach has dealt so unfairly with me and my roommate upon our departure that I feel I must warn other potential tenants away from dealing with their poor management. I cannot recommend that anyone live here, and will advise my friends who still live in this complex that they prepare to move out at the end of their lease - and to deal with the dishonesty of the management. My roommate and I had no pets. We did not smoke, were almost never home (due to our demanding jobs), and kept the place tidy. I had been a tenant of a single unit before moving into a double unit, and management confirmed that my previous unit was spotless upon move-out (I transferred my deposit and received no additional charges). We paid our rent on time each month and took responsibility to care for the property. We even recruited other new tenants to live in the complex, as we believed the apartments were good and the management fair. Our apartment was freshly renovated when we moved in, and we were diligent in cleaning up after ourselves when we moved out: vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down all surfaces, and removing any hardware from the walls. Nevertheless, River Reach has charged us $200 for replacing carpet - carpet which was brand new when we moved in and which we never damaged or stained. We were also charged $50 for cleaning the oven, and charged $95 a second time for trash/water/sewer services used in June, which we had paid for when we paid July's rent in full at the beginning of the month. Suffice it to say that River Reach has invented exactly enough charges to ensure that we lose our $299 deposit - and owe them on top of this. We inspected and documented the apartment upon move-out and found no damage of the sort they have charged us for. They have provided no explanation of why the carpet was so badly damaged it needed replacing, nor have they accounted for why we were charged twice for utilities consumed in June, not July. TL;DR: River Reach management will charge you for damages that never occurred when you move out. They will attempt to keep the deposit and charge you for move-out services even if you are a good and loyal tenant for years, who brings them more good tenants. I cannot recommend that anyone consider living here, considering the unfair way in which my roommate and I have been treated. read more

I rarely ever waste time writing reviews, but I NEED POTENTIAL TENANTS TO BEWARE. PLEASE READ!! First off, the communication from this leasing company is anything but acceptable. My leasing agent, Katherine Padilla, does not know how to do her job. Our applications were approved almost immediately, with a 500$ deposit due to great credit. I was told by Katherine, via phone call, that we would be receiving the lease that day. No email was sent. We were approved right before Christmas, and Katherine stated everything would be sent by the 27th, when the agents are back in office. On the 27th, I decided to call again because I still had not received a lease+move in letter. I reached Katherine, eventually, who told me she would send both documents. Still did not get it. About a day or so later, we called and stated we didn't get it yet. Shortly after, an email titled "E-sign" document, was sent. No welcome letter attached, no break down of expenses attached. PLEASE READ YOUR LEASES. There were so many inconsistencies with this one. It felt as if it was written by a 3rd grader. I called the next day, asking Katherine what the deadline would be to sign the lease. Katherine stated that "as long as it is signed within 24 hours of obtaining your keys." I called a few days later to ask questions about the lease (due to the inconsistencies). It was very obvious Katherine and Brittney had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. Catherine stated to me that the lease had to be signed 24 hours prior to move-in. Brittney, on the other hand, stated that the lease had to be signed within 24 hours. We were told this a week after we were sent the lease when we were calling again to find out about the move-in letter, where we would get the breakdown of expenses. Up until this point, no welcome letter had been sent. Yesterday, we were sent a welcome letter, stating a breakdown of expenses. The welcome letter stated the lease needed to be signed within 24 hours (no lease was attached). Oddly enough, the deposit went from 500$ to 1,000$ (I had screenshotted the original quote we signed for). On top of that, the 200$ admin fee was attached (we applied during the 200$ first month rent special). Exhausted and frustrated, I called this morning, asking for the 99$ holding deposit back- there was no way I was going to live here. I was done with this place. Katherine stated that I could not get the deposit back, due to how long the place was held (which is literally the reason why you pay a holding fee.) however, I had to constantly call katherine in order to receive the documents needed in order to sign the lease. We would have signed if, after being approved, we received the welcome letter and the lease at the same time. I told Katherine that my colleague, who works as a real estate attorney who focuses on corporate leases, and I, would be coming in person to better understand why I would not be getting the 99$. Funny enough, after "speaking to the manager", Katherine said I would get the 99$ back. I demanded this to be in writing. It was the fastest email I ever received from River Reach. I'm sure an attorney will start digging into this management company and into the "manager", Veronica. My guess is a complaint will soon be filed with the Better Business Bureau, along with filing a complaint with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. If River Reach feels comfortable enough to keep people's holding fees (which are designed to be given back to the tenant if they choose not to continue with the application process), imagine what other deposits they're keeping from tenants. Please, "owner of River Reach", I would love to hear which excuse you'll provide to me via this post. Explain to me why you so quickly gave me my holding fee back after I mentioned the word "attorney". read more

Moved down here from Winter Park and was totally miss lead by the manager who by the way is no longer here. They will tell you a price on special for a limited time Only which is bullshit there's plenty of empty apartments here. Instead of giving fair prices and fill in all these apartments up they would rather rip people off get him as a move-in special and then up the rent. Most people would probably stay here for an additional year but because you're misled most do not stay here. Maintenance well Myself and my neighbor has had a horrible time with A/C, Not working Twice, Leaking water thru the wall into my closet Damage my Clothes with mildew. The Management sucks , They could Care less if you have a problem. If you call the Main Office in Mass. They could Care Less and never call you back Very small apartments and expensive. Where can I start , this is one of the worst complex I've seen , I lived there for 2 years , when I renewed my lease I dealt with a descent management , but then they changed it , and things got so bad in there , I could rate this at no star but I don't have the option . First I was bullied into staying another month , cause they said I didn't sign some magical paper that was going to appear at my door step , or via text, when I sat down with this human they call manger , she basically told me I will remove extra fees and we won't charge you a month to month prices but you have to stay one extra month . So when the extra month ended , I was told my deposit is going to be sent to my new adress. So when my deposit came back it was less than half , of what I left them with , because of some sewer fees and yet another magical cleanup fees . Even if I asked them to walk the apartment with me. But they said no just drop the key off . So I made a call , and this girl on the phone was not nice , she basically said New you moved out , who gives a shit . DO NOT RENT!!! This is my second year living here because they screwed me over the first year and put my last months rent in some deposit and I had to pay the last month still. Now, I pay $1350 for a ONE bedroom!! And I can't even get any service. I pay trash monthly, and am having to clean my own trash up in front of my front door. I put my trash out on a trash day and came out the next morning to trash everywhere. On top of that, I called to have someone clean it up, I was told it would be cleaned up, came home and it was still there! Every time I have an issue they just apologize and do nothing. Couldn't even give me a $20 credit for one month to clean my own trash up!! What a disgrace. These people don't care about their residents as much as they make it seem. Moved at beginning of June and so far it has been Great. Our Leasing Agent Lauren was amazing !! Very friendly , approachable , and made us feel right at home from the very beginning . The amenities are great, and conveniently located to downtown Naples , malls , the zoo and I-75 are a huge plus. When we did have an issue or a question Lauren and rest of staff have been very professional and quick to respond . I would recommend River Reach to anyone . My wife & I moved in to River Reach Apartments back in October of 2020. We did no have much time to find a place & having pets that River Reach said yes too gave us a place. After visiting the complex & grounds it didn't look to bad. After signing the lease & paying are deposit & fees. We were give keys to a different apartment then we had been shown. It was dirty & had lights that were out. We refused the apartment & asked for the one we were shown. They told us it had already been rented out. We were given a different apartment that was not as dirty, but the patio light was out. The apartment was sloppily painted. After a few month we found out how poorly the complex was maintained & managed. If we need to call maintenance. They would show up right away but, if they said they would be back. You would have to call back or wait a day or two. On a Wednesday my wife noticed are laundry room ceiling leak do to the apartment above us. Maintenance come out fixed the link & placed a FAN to dry out the ceiling & walls. Then said, we will be back in a few hrs. They never came back. By Friday we had to call them back, because everything was still wet. They change out the fan for a humidifier. Saturday morning part of the ceiling fell in & the shelves were falling down as well. Maintenance came out removed part of the ceiling & said the would give it the weekend to dry out & someone would be out on Monday first thing to check it & repair the wet drywall. I took work off Monday. By 11am Monday I was complaining to management. By about 4pm they had someone their to replace the ceiling that was removed but did not remove any of the wet drywall on the walls. "Mold is going to grow in the walls & vet system" The trash compactor is always braking, so the trash will pile up for day's & sometimes a week or more. The hand rails are rusting. We meet a couple that had a family member injured to to the rusty hand rails. There is much more. It took a little bit but we found a new place. Unfortunately this isn't going to be a good review (I never leave reviews) I have been here 8 months and I will start with amenities. They advertised access to the Greenway and free kayaks, two resort style pools, with built in grills.... there is no access to the Greenway and now they advertise "close proximity" there is only one Kayak and that cant be found, there has been duck crap on the lake dock obviously for years and its unusable, the pool grills and pools are out of service more than not. My air conditioning has not worked properly in 5 months prompting my electric bills to run around $200 instead of $95.. The biggest problem is that they are charging resort style rent ($2,700 plus plus plus) for C class property. I have literally never seen the manager walk the property. I have lived here for about two months. I am a young female living alone, and this management company has no problem letting anyone and everyone into your apartment. I SPECIFICALLY asked for my unit to be a NO ENTRY unless the tenant was present (myself), due to severe safety concerns. Which they ARE able to do, I used to work in the same industry and used to do the same for our tenants. They completely ignored and disregarded me. Just chose randomly WITHOUT contacting me or ANYTHING, to let three grown men (maintenance technicians) into my apartment without even discussing ANYTHING WITH ME. To "replace my fridge" which was leaking and not working for the first month of me living there. AFTER FOUR WORK ORDERS had already been marked as "completed" they decided to just let themselves in. Which they TRASHED; left styrofoam debris all over the place, dirt everywhere, door wide open to let bugs in or let my cats out, scratched and damaged the flooring, etc etc all on camera. JUST LEFT IT THERE. Today I was woken up from another group of three grown men pounding on my door and about to make their way in with keys. I am a bartender and don't get off work until 2 am and don't get home and asleep till around 4/5 am. I woke up in a panic, and in a vulnerable state...They claimed that they needed to "check the roof" but seemed to be taking photos of the apartment itself... I wasn't aware this was happening and come to find out a notice was only sent out NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AGO WHEN I WAS AT WORK, one this morning, and supposedly one before that... When I called to inquire the associate laughed on the phone and was extremely passive aggressive and no help. I've leased up and sold two billion dollar properties and I am appalled with the unprofessionalism, inconsideration, and attitude of this management company. The move in process was 100% worse. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

Barking dogs and more barking dogs all around, noisy after "quiet hours", 10:00pm and before 7:00am and all hours in between. We also have loud neighbors - students who have parties all of the time and just don't care about living around working people. Staff doesn't seem to care about complaints. We literally sleep at night with our windows shut and earplugs in, but it doesn't help. Buildings are old with very thin walls and leaking water. This situation completely negates all of the good quality's that River Reach has to offer. I'm not able to focus my attention on anything that I'd like to be doing; reading, writing, music, etc. I`m very disappointed about the whole situation. read more

Been here for a couple of months now. Rent is super high for the community but there's plenty of greenery, management is really awesome and the amenities are well kept. The apartments aren't fantastic given the constant painting over cracks and imperfections on the walls and other fixtures. They're old and have been redone to some extent to give a more modern appearance. As long as you know what you're getting into with the quality of the units you'll be satisfied. Location is stellar, very easy commute to basically anywhere in town. read more

Absolutely Love It! The Grounds are extraordinary, with the walking trail which wraps around the 10 acre lake, includes a well maintained Dog Park, to the River that runs alongside the 60 acre property which includes several docks and a boat ramp. Along with picnic areas thru-out there is also a Beach Style Volleyball Court. At the newly built Clubhouse, there are several Hammock furnished mini beaches that beckon you too take in a Sunset Nap. The Gym and the 2 Pools are Resort Style and perfectly maintained. Staff goes above & beyond, Ashlynn who was my Personal Sales Associate, without a doubt one of the best in the business! Always pleasant, personal and knowledgeable. While still in Dallas Tx for 3 Months prior to my move in date, she kept in touch with me and abreast of availability. Enjoyed my first "Pizza Night" and looking forward to our upcoming "Potluck". If your new to Naples/Florida, River Reach Apts Naples would be a wise place to start. If you have a Dog, even better! Just ended my 12 month lease. Did not renew because the quality of the units are not worth the price even in the slightest. I moved into a 2-2. Plumbing in my kitchen sink was bad. Had to get my tubs both resurfaced. (Was also done improperly). The dish tray in my dishwasher was corroded, rusty and didn't have any wheels. The AC went out 3 times in 1 month. The AC unit had yellow goo growing in it. Hardware in the cabinets were falling apart. Roach problem. The water is really gross there too. Communication with the office was rough, I asked them to notify me or let me know when the maintenance team would be arriving so I could be home when they came & I have come home to random people in my house without notice. The drywall in the bathroom had pretty bad water damage. When I moved in the place was filthy and reeked of cigarettes. If you live on the bottom floor you will hear your upstairs neighbors and every move. My neighbors stomped around so hard that my paintings fell off the walls a few times. The maintenance team is really awesome! The amenities are well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. Centrally located. For the money you're paying I would recommend finding something better. I'm not a huge fan of paying $2k a month for 800 square feet of 8ft popcorn ceilings. LIVE LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE ITS NOT WORTH IT! read more

TRY YOUR BEST TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Not safe! They bill you incorrectly for water. Management is a pain to deal with. There are hidden fees. Message to the owner: I lived there for three years... every year it got worse and worse. When I first moved it was free parking, then I during my second year parking fees were applied. Once I was gone for 2 months and came back to find out I was being charged over $100 in water bill because of an error in your system which only a partial credit was applied to my account. Every year, tho I lived there, my rent was increased and never was anything changed in terms of property. Other units had new appliances and wood floors, I had everything outdated and still my rent was increased. I have only good things to say about the maintenance but in terms of management- NO bueno. read more

I've lived in River Reach for about 3 years now. I read some of the reviews and think it's crazy and completely far fetched on what they are saying. Take it from someone who has lived here for three years and I WILL be renewing my contract as well. The maintenance staff is quick they respond and handle any request put in. The office staff just to name a few Melissa, Andrew and Morgan are always helpful. I have accessibility to so many amenities. Free kayaking for my family and myself, a jogging trail, 24 hour fitness center that's like a La Fitness! I promise you will not regret your decision in living here at River Reach. read more

Just moved into this apartment complex. So far my husband and I are really satisfied. The location is absolutely lovely and the staff here are very quick to respond. They do a great job keeping the complex pristine. The pools are beautiful and they are always having food trucks come in for added resident enjoyment. read more

We have lived at River Reach for the past ten years in both a one bed and later a two bed apartment. The two-bed has a spacious lanai that our cat loves looking out onto a lovely courtyard. Murder!!!! There was a murder here right next to my unit on last Saturday! I could not go to my appointment because the parking lot was roped off! Rest In Peace to whomever was killed. However, I have heard nothing from management! Nothing! Even though I have called them twice! This place is a dump! I am only here because I am a failure in life! A worthless nobody in life.
