When they…read morere-installed the rear wheel they failed to replace the bolts, loctite them, or bother to torque them down correctly. As a result, they worked themselves loose and eventually caught on my swingarm which caused my rear wheel to unexpectedly lock up at 35/40mph. I luckily did not dump my bike as I fishtailed to a stop but am even more fortunate that this did not happen while I was on the highway, in traffic, or in the middle of a corner. This reckless neglect easily could have cost me my life. It also ruined the new wheel they had just installed, destroyed the sprocket and belt, dented the belt guard, and damaged the swingarm. Lastly, it cost me over half of the month of September on my bike while they did the repairs. After owning up to their neglect they agreed to fix the bike but would not pay to have another mechanic look at it to get a second opinion or do the repair for me. So I was stuck having the same people who could have killed me doing the repair on their own incompetent work. As you can imagine, this makes it very difficult to have much confidence in the safety of my own bike and has put a real damper on riding. Throughout the entire ordeal they acted with indifference and treated me like I was being a nuisance. They tried to reuse the same damaged swingarm even though I made it perfectly clear that everything damaged due to their neglect needed to be replaced. I didn't realize until I got the bike home that they didn't even replace the dented belt guard. When I requested the name of the mechanic for my report to the AGO they outright refused to give it to me. The mystery mechanic, their "Harley guy" still had his job when I went to pick up my bike. As I left they actually had the nerve to tell me not to come back. Disgraceful. For your own safety, do not give Nova Motorcycles your business.

Deceptive Tactics, Terrible Customer Service This is a buyer…read morebeware note. I went to book a bike for the weekend and was bombarded with website pleas to instead join their membership for $29 a month and $29 up front. Website is full of implications you can rent once a month for that. The primary ad has ** disclaimer note and the ** says nothing about the reality that most locations don't accept the membership credits. In fairness to them it does say participating locations in other less obvious places on the site. I didn't see them. I joined, went to book my bike and found I couldn't use the credit because the location I live near doesn't accept them. So, the membership does NOTHING for me. I called right away and was on hold forever without a human response and hung up. I emailed them asking for a refund and was told basically "Tough luck. We know you used nothing and it cost you $58 but we are refunding you NOTHING. In fact, you're lucky we aren't charging you for the full year since you signed up for a year membership and it was in our terms and conditions." I've never dealt with a company that wouldn't refund a mistaken purchase when the buyer got nothing, derived no benefit, cost the company NOTHING...until these folks. They think pocketing my $58 is justified even though they did *nothing* for me, provided me no service, and my membership cost them nothing. I intend to file with the BBB and CFPB to seek reimbursement. Just beware that they are greedy, want your money and couldn't care less if they got something for nothing from you, they are keeping it.

I was…read moreon a solo ride from Virginia to Vermont to enjoy the Fall foliage, when I discovered that I had lost my key FOB and key on a beautiful Friday (Oct. 11, 2024). I'm not exactly sure where I lost my key but I discovered I didn't have them around Manchester, VT, and I didn't have a spare FOB. After searching the roadway for about 30-40 minutes, I decided to head to the nearest Harley dealer, which happened to be Brunswick Harley-Davidson about 50 miles away. It was certainly a long hour ride given the stress I was under; however, when I got to Brunswick Harley-Davidson, Tim, Chris, and Brittany went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I was so grateful for their professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and willingness to go the extra yard to help me resolve my predicament. They are the kind of business you should and need to check out if you're ever in the market for a Harley; genuinely good people! So I perused Craigslist and found several Road King Classics in the Mass/RI area and took a day trip up there. If you want to buy a used motorcycle, in excellent condition, at a fair price, go To Todd's Motorcycles in Bellingham, Mass. It's worth the trip. Walking into Todd's is like stepping into a biker toy store. There were literally dozens of bikes all in pristine condition. We worked with AJ whose super chill manner and knowledge were both refreshing and invaluable. We looked at an '04 Lava Red Road King Classic with 9146 miles on it. It was cosmetically perfect and AJ had maintenance records all the way back to when it was new. I'm stubborn however and had to go check out the other options I'd found but they didn't come close. We called him and told him we'd take it. From the time we walked in, to the time my taillights crossed his driveway maybe took 15 minutes. The price listed is the price we paid, which, based on the comparable bikes in the area, was very fair. They don't do accessories, they don't collect sales tax, they don't provide temporary tags. What they do is provide high value motorcycles, at a fair price with a seamless transaction. Oh and he even gave us t-shirts.

Always however the staff has done everything they can to rectify any issues. Recent service went well without any hitches . Brian Wheeler made appointment and was also service writer. Corey who has worked on all 4 of the bikes has been exceptional. Work fully explained and performed timely. With some turmoil within industry and declining sales in some areas always a challenge for dealers. Hope Moms can continue to adjust and improve and keep all of us rolling along.

Was told the key code would be on the bill of sale and it would be easy to make a key with the code, it was not. Pulled the ignition and brought it to Moms to see what they could do, saw some guy in parts who was basically NO help. Bought a key blank for $32!!! ( $10 on Amazon ) so I could get a locksmith to make a key. In addition they set him up with some credit card financing at 26% interest, how does that even happen? I would not recommend this place.
