The folks at Brunswick Harley-Davidson, Troy, NY saved my butt and were just awesome people! I was on a solo ride from Virginia to Vermont to enjoy the Fall foliage, when I discovered that I had lost my key FOB and key on a beautiful Friday (Oct. 11, 2024). I'm not exactly sure where I lost my key but I discovered I didn't have them around Manchester, VT, and I didn't have a spare FOB. After searching the roadway for about 30-40 minutes, I decided to head to the nearest Harley dealer, which happened to be Brunswick Harley-Davidson about 50 miles away. It was certainly a long hour ride given the stress I was under; however, when I got to Brunswick Harley-Davidson, Tim, Chris, and Brittany went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I was so grateful for their professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and willingness to go the extra yard to help me resolve my predicament. They are the kind of business you should and need to check out if you're ever in the market for a Harley; genuinely good people! Deceptive. False advertising on pricing. Not customer friendly what so ever - even after purchasing a motorcycle! Argumentative management to the point they stated "I can refuse service"! What happened to the customer is right ? Even when confronted with the truth - refused to follow the rules & law under Consumer Protection Act ! Great service department ! Stored my 2022 Sportster forty-eight at Brunswick Harley Davidson over the winter . Had their service department do a lot of service while it was there . First stage up-grade requiring new pipes and air filter and retune . New front and rear white wall tires . Saddle bag installation , crinkle top outer rocker covers and chrome inner rocker covers . I felt riding away from the dealership this spring they had given me a totally different bike then the one I had left them . Higher performance and a much smoother ride having gotten rid of the stock tires that came on the bike . Their service prices our the lowest in the capital region by far . They tell you up front what the service charge will be for the service you want provided . No surprize bill when you pick up your bike . I've owned 5 new Harleys in my life in 4 different states . So I've dealt with a lot of Harley service departments . This is one of the very best ! Family owned and operated . read more

I needed to rent a bike for a six day trip. I chose this dealership for the rental based on location, but I am glad that I did. The entire rental went flawless. The bike was a new model, low mileage. Everything worked perfect and the bike looked excellent, not a scratch. The bike was ready on-time and everyone I came in contact was super friendly. They had parking for my car in the back for a week, and I think it was a very safe location. At the end of the ride they met me outside, and processed me out quickly and efficiently. i ordered and paid for a seat on September 2 and was told that it would be in 7 to 10 days. my Wife called and the lady asked if we were sure we ordered the seat from them. After an hour of phone time they told my wife they didn't order the seat and they couldn't sell me the seat for the price they charged me! Not very good busines. Yes, I have purchased a motorcycle elsewhere but it just wasn't the same. Brunswick Harley Davidson treats me like family. Fleeced by the service department. $650 for an oil change, brake flush and installing of new tires on a V-Rod. Was charged an extra $75 in labor because I didn't buy the tires at their store (seriously, $250 in labor to install 2 tires?). They couldn't do the government inspection because of broken signal light. I asked them to install a new one and they said they aren't made anymore? They wanted to send me to a garage that "overlooks" those kind of things. Not happy. read more

I stopped at a dealership in Albany and they didn't really want to check out the issue with my 2017 Street Glide. So went on to Brunswick HD. 1st and most important The staff was most courteous, The service advisor greated and listened to my problem. He Had the tech check my bike and found I had a shorted oil pressure switch , While they had it on the rack the tech checked my tire pressure rear was a little low and upon further examination we found a nail. Glad I had tire guard and new tire installed. Of course picked up a T shirt and a few other goodies, The cashier asked if I was military in which I showed her my ID and she got my military discount . Then thanked me for my service. My morning started screwed up at a dealership in Albany NY and ended perfect after dealing with the Staff at Brunswick Harley Davidson, my Thousand mile journey back to South Kentucky is a lot safer thanks to there friendly and caring staff. When I got to the dealer the staff could not have been any nicer, they helped me get all the paperwork signed. Very poor service. Unprofessional attitude amongst staff, most of which are related to the owner. Service work was not completed properly and required a visit to another dealer to correct .
