There's really not a second choice if you want a BMW motorcycle in the northeast . As you know if you've read my other reviews that I enjoy motorcycling. I motorcycle a lot. To the deepest darkest forests of New York State, the dirtiest dustiest trails in the Adirondacks, anywhere my 1250 GS adventure will go including Trails we probably shouldn't be on. I bought the bike at Maxis. Chreg was really helpful And let me do a test ride on the 1250 GS adventure. Was not planning on buying that day but the ride was so incredibly awesome I came back and pretty much just slap the cash on his desk and begged him to give me the bike. Since that day my life has been amazing popping wheelies, and crushing the miles.

Just got delivery of my S1000rr from Max. I was able to do the whole deal online. Carolyn from sales was awesome to deal with. Had a bunch of accessories also installed prior to delivery and it was done perfectly. They delivered the bike from Troy to my location that was about 250 miles no extra charge. Thanks Marty for delivering the bike during the winter storm.

Great shop, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you are in the market for a bike, definitely check them out.

You walk in the door and there are literally rows upon rows upon roooows of toys. Motorcycles, sleds, dirtbikes, ATV's, you name it. There's easily $750,000+ worth of inventory inside this place. It's massive. And it's not junk. I'd say 95% of their inventory is brand spanking new. I live in CT, and saw an ad on Craigslist for a beautiful blue FZ6. I called Rich, who put it aside for me (I put down a $200 deposit), and I drove up today to pick it up. Rich was a pretty easy guy to deal with. A little on the dry side, but he was really nice. This place was really busy, so I had to wait 15 minutes or so before he could help me. Honestly they did seem understaffed. Seems like they had only two sales guys for the whole floor--the rest were either parts or service guys. However, waiting 15 minutes was fine, there were plenty of sweet bikes to drool over! Since I had the bike set aside he led me out back where they kept it for me and let me look it over. They let me start it up, and look it over from head to toe. It was honestly a really sweet bike, and for a killer price, too. I was able to negotiate $200 off since there were some small scratches on the front fairing and a few on the tank. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. No fuss no drama! I even walked out of there with all the service records. There were also no hidden dealer "convenience" fees like a car dealership normally ding you with. I did read all of these negative reviews before I went up there, and at first I was concerned, but I'm glad I went anyway! Honestly having the bike set aside for me in advance with a deposit already down probably saved me most of the headaches that the other reviewers have complained about. It does look like they're understaffed, maybe that has something to do with it. I did see signs everywhere saying they were looking to hire new sales guys.

I drove an hour to just get the fairing bolts to be told they close down for lunch, I would have to wait an hour...(never disclosed, argued said I hung up on him. I never did, socially awkward waited for him to have a response before I hung up to make sure they had time to see the bike just for the missing parts) When I asked to schedule an appointment to check the front tire (honestly seems like it just needs to be balanced) told him I couldn't drop the bike off I would have to make an appointment I live an hour away the man said no and walked away from his desk and away from me. Awful service awful treatment ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING TO THE POINT I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALER THAT WASNT EVEN A KAWASAKI DEALER TO GET THE PARTS MY BIKE WAS MISSING. I could understand if the bike was older and needed parts but the bike had 5 miles when I bought it 4 weeks ago...

As I walked in to look at the Scouts on the floor, the sales man came up to me. He informed me of the deference between the Scout and the Chief. I left that day and pondered my decision. Months later I returned to buy my New 2022 Indian Chief. I returned and they had just had a 2022 Indian Chief arrive. I sat on it and all questions were answered. The weight and balance were surprisingly easy to adopt to. Everything the bike had to offer I was informed of. I than sat down and put my deposit down and ordered the Chief. Throughout the order of the bike, numerous calls were made to Wild Horse, all were returned with answers, Upon arrival they called me, and a pickup date was set. The options were put on and money saved with a $500.00 Veterans offer from Indian. Were installed. Upon arriving there I went to the back of the floor where my Ruby Smoke Chief was being wiped down. Papper work was done and there was NO differance on the agreed price. The hands-on briefing of the bike was done. Complete with a safety check list. This was not rushed and took some time, but well worth it. As the controls were unifilar to me. Next came my first ride on my New Chief at 28 degrees. It was the Greatest 5 Miles of my life! Once back , they all came out to to load the bike in the trailer, offering tips. Once home I rode it in the Living Room and Decorating it for Christmas, of course.

We walked in and a gentleman walked from the other end of the store seemingly towards us, but he never acknowledged us and he walked right past into an office area. Okay.... So we walk to the other end of the store where an employee comes from the back parts area and we ask him if someone was available to talk UTVs. He said "so-so does sales he's over there" (gestures to where we were and where the gentleman we now know is the sales person ignored us). Keep in mind we are the ONLY people in the store. So we walk over towards the sales desk and nothing.... No one came out. We waited. Finally we left. I can only assume since we were 2 women, not looking like bike riders, that we were dismissed.... Either way I will never return, and will tell anyone who will listen to go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. You guys totally lost a sale (and a big one since the UTV I want is electric and costs significantly more).

I told John what I wanted done and John took the time with me to explain exactly what they would be doing and he gave me a detailed price quote. Based on the way John treated me, I decided to bring my scooter to Iannace's Cycle Shop for the work to be done. I was told the work would take 3 days to do. On the second day I got a call from John and was given some good news, firstly, my scooter was ready to be picked up, a day earlier. Secondly, the actual price turned out to be over $100.00 lower than the original price quote, this because upon close inspection of my scooter, John found some of the parts I told him I wanted changed, to be in very good condition and didn't need changing. A win-win, picked up my scooter and it ran beautifully. Now, fast forward 5 months to just a few days ago, my son and I both have Can Am Outlander 570 ATV's. We wanted to get snowplow's installed on the machines. Iannace's Cycle Shop beat all the other cycle shop prices in the area, also able to complete the jobs in two days, other shops told me 4-5 day's. I told John that we would be renting a trailer from U-Haul to get our ATV's to his shop. Almost before I could finish my sentence, John said "come borrow the shop trailer to bring your ATV's to my shop". I don't know of very many business owner's who would go to such great lengths to help a customer in ways that go way above and beyond what could ever be expected of them. Bottom line is, best prices around, top notch mechanical services, quick turnaround times and great customer service, all designed to make the experience for the customer, a great one. I highly recommend Iannace's Cycle Shop for all your motorcycle, ATV or snowmobile needs, they also carry a large selection of accessories for all cycling activities. Thanks again John, you will forever be our "go to" cycle shop. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure your success will continue.
