She was absolutely excellent -- kind, focused, professional, and very pleasant during my experience. It truly made me happy to see Target giving opportunities to disabled individuals and allowing them to be included and successful in our society. I said "do you have an attitude?" and she said "2 customers returned something today", I said "that is not my problem and I want the refund back in my card". I asked for the manager's name and she said she is the manager. (I find that very hard to believe). I asked her for her name and business card.
